It works just as good as any other acetaminophen I have tried. The pills are a little bit large, however. Some people may not be able to take them because of that. This stuff really works, I only take one pill which is half of the extra strength dose and it works amazing for me. I’m so glad someone finally made something as pure as it can be for being medicine. And vegan too. I am sincerely thankful to genexa. It might sound dumb but I haven’t taken pain reliever in 10 years for this reason and it’s such an incredible option now. I like Genexa products because they don't contain harmful, unnecessary ingredients, but I bought a bigger bottle figuring it would last more than a year, but it expires in 5 months. It is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. They should show you the expiration date when you are placing your order! ... show more
