    • More durable and sturdy than some and at a good price
These worked well for holding yard debris, such as hedge trimmings, for pick up by the service in our area that handles such things. Just don't fill them too full, so you can fold the tops in to keep things from falling our when the bags are picked up by hand and thrown in the truck.

what I do not like is that the paper bags are wrapped in heavy duty, non-recyclable plastic. I'm using the bags in order to be environmentally conscientious, recycling leaves etc. But instead i am adding to the plastic heap because they are wrapped in it. These are quality lawn trash bags. They hold a lot of leaves, grass and branches. You can fill them to the top without breaking. I was pleasantly surprised that the bottom flaps were so sturdy.

Sturdy enough to get stuffed full of yard waste, even including small branches that might poke through lesser bags. Great value, versus getting the much smaller packs usually available in-store, let alone one at a time. We have a bunch left, but when we reorder, we'll definitely be going this route.
