This backpack is very large. It zips open like a suitcase and has plenty of room for 2-3 days of outfits plus toiletries, etc. Lots of pockets. A full-zip laptop section for ease going through TSA. The smaller front zip section has 2 pockets large enough to hold my Kindle. It came with 2 packing cubes and a shoe bag, which I have not tried. The back is nicely padded to protect your back. It has a strap to slip over a luggage handle, and top and side handles so it can be carried like a suitcase (great for lifting into an overhead bin). I can see using this as my only bag for short trips, and great extra space for longer trips. It’s too large for a daily use backpack for me, but it would be great for someone who has to carry a lot of stuff. I got it at a great price on Prime day!

I love this backpack!! It holds ALL of my toiletries, packing cubes of clothing, headphones, laptop, meds, water bottle, hub for a portable charger, and all miscellaneous items for travel. It opens like a deep suitcase, the zippers are very sturdy (and I really stuffed this thing to the max). Fits easily on a luggage handle. Some serious thought went into comfort as it's shape, padding is in all of the right places. I have been on a few flights, short trips, hospital stay. For short trips, I have used only this backpack! It fits perfectly under the airplane seat in front of you, I put it sideways for a little extra foot room. Already bought several more for my children as gifts. There's so many color options to choose from too!

I needed a larger backpack for my recent trip. ( I have a smaller one with this similar style). This looked just a little larger but it ended up up fitting so much more stuff. The quality is top notch and much sturdier than others I’ve seen. There are so many pockets as well. As far as fitting under the seat on the plane, it didn’t fit all the way- it stuck out about 6 inches but the flight attendants didn’t say anything. So it will go under the seats ( more difficult on the window seat because there is the wall curves a bit), but it may interfere with your leg space. Just put it in the overhead area. Plus mine was stuffed to the hilt so I’m sure that help matters. I got another one for my husband

This bag is a nice size and has a lot of great features including the charging port, inside pockets, and space for clothes and laptop, if needed, for travel. Everything can stay organized and the secret pocket in the back is well hidden. The padding makes it very comfortable to wear. This bag is a great value for the size. I haven't used it for travel yet, which is why it gets a 4 out of 5.

I bought this bag for a trip to Europe next year, in which I will need to carry it over cobblestone streets. To test it out, I took it on a trip to Florida. What I learned is that a bag with wheels is VITAL in the airport. This bag is very heavy when packed full and not having wheels got real old, real fast. The backpack feature will be important in Europe, but I wish it had wheels as well. So, I'm now going to look for a smaller backpack with wheels. Smaller because I intend to pack as lightly as I possibly can. I thought I had packed lightly for Florida, but that bag got so heavy and bulky. And it was only a 4-day trip! What I like about the bag is that it came with three other little zip bags, and it has plenty of pockets and padding for a laptop. It also has a USB charge port (battery pack not included), but, unlike another backpack I have by the same brand, there isn't a secure pocket close to the port in which to stow a cell phone. The pocket is exposed to possible theives. I do like the classy look of the bag, though. I bought black with gold hardware and chevron stitching.
