The one thing I wish was different on this back pack would be a two-way zipper on the front pocket. The largest main compartment has this feature (not really necessary on this part, in my opinion) but the curved front pocket does not. When that pocket is full of things, and you open it, it tends to flop open and you can't close the zipper with one hand. You have to set it down and hold the pocket closed to zip it up. There also is no gusset to keep things from falling out. Other than that, I really like the backpack. I have the purple color, it looks really nice but stands out a little because it's not a typical color. Seems very well-made and I hope it lasts for years. ... show more

Okay I was super hesitant to purchase this. I’ve purchased two other bags from Amazon with great reviews and they both had zippers break within weeks of using and I would struggle fitting everything. Purchased this bag after looking forever and LOVE IT! seriously best purchase ever!!! I am a healthcare social worker and am working from home sometimes, and traveling in the community with clients the other parts. This bag holds everything I need. I have it packed full with two laptops (personal and work), iPad, my personal Phone and work cell phone, folders, notebook, planner, all my chargers, a whole section just for my extra feminine products, hairbrush, lint roller and some makeup, holds my knock off 40 oz Stanley cup, another cup or pop on the other side, small bag of writing utensils, and umbrella and I STILL have pockets that aren’t even being used 😅🥹😍. How have I not known about this backpack before? I got the 17inch no upgrade purple backpack. This has SO many compartments for pens, snacks, cords, etc both inside and outside the bag. I stuck 5 5-subject notebooks inside to see how much it could really hold including my laptop (pictured). There is plenty of space above the notebooks left too if you wanted to stick a pencil case or cosmetic bag in as well. I love the secret compartment for your phone/wallet in front of the straps. It even lets you put a little tissue or wipe container in front of the water bottle holders. The water bottle holders are spacious and can fit larger bottles (I’m sure it could fit a Stanley cup or Hydroflask). It comes with a usb for you to attach a powerbank and it’s own pocket to store the powerbank. 2 separate compartments for a laptop and cords. Waterproof/washable material inside and out and very chic. I will be using this for dental school and will be perfect to hold all my notebooks, supplies, utensils, etc! ... show more

Love this bag. Bought it for a 3 week trip to Europe. The design makes it easy to store and access things like IPads, travel documents, a change of clothes etc. Straps were comfortable and had no issues carrying as a backpack while walking through airports and train stations. Convenient zip areas in the front make for easy access to earbuds, charging cords, glasses and the like. I didn’t use the charging cord available as I didn’t need charging outside of where we stayed nor did I want to purchase a power pack for it. Used this backpack on a quick trip and it was perfect! Holds a lot, has tons of pockets, and is comfortable as a backpack. The easy to open top makes it great to find stuff in the large area. The computer area has pockets and is well padded. This worked perfect for traveling and fits under the airplane seat with no issues.
