Thought maybe it would look “cheap” but oh my…I am so very happy with this bag! I think it’s gorgeous with the gold zipper accents and doesn’t look cheap at all. The material is also very soft. I saw this on a YouTube video and thought I would give it a try as my Samsonite carryon was giving my arm and shoulder pain when I carried it. I was surprised at how much it could carry. I love all the pockets. In fact, there were so many of them, I actually forgot where some of my stuff was. I used it for a week’s stay to visit some friends. I plan to take it ion a cruise. I’ll see how it works for me then. I think I will continue to enjoy it as it is easier to carry on my back with the weight evenly distributed.

My wife absolutely loves this bag. We travel Internationally so she needed something she could put her computer / iPad in and still have room for other items. She has been presently surprised that it was comfortable to wear during long hikes. The interior has room for shoes and clothes for a day trip. It has a USB charging port for your battery pack and cell phone. It even has a tissue pocket for wet wipes or facial tissues! You won't be disappointed with this backpack. The only problem is which color to choose.

This is my daughter’s second backpack this year. The first one (different brand) became unusable less than 2 months into the school year due to how heavy her stuff is, how much stuff has to be in it and the abuse it went through. When this one first arrived we loved the smooth soft feel of it and it’s look. It has plenty of space to hold all her books, notebooks and chromebook plus supplies. She’s had it 3 months now and it is still in great/new condition. During winter break, some food was left inside it and went bad. Because of the smell, it’s been through the laundry multiple times, through steam cycles and the dryer multiple times also. It still looks in perfect condition. The back pack she used the past week and a half while we cleaned this one is already falling apart. It is a cheaper quality bag and I don’t think it’ll be usable by next week. If we can’t fix the smell issue I will definitely be buying this again for her.
