First off, this bag is exactly as pictured. I also looked at the video advertised so I knew how the product should’ve looked in person. This is how it arrived, I haven’t used it yet. The cons: there isn’t any padding on the back of the bag. Very little in the straps. Keep that in mind depending on what you want to put in the bag. The stitching isn’t the best. The front pocket with the metal magnetic buttons aren’t strong enough to just close and be secure. You’ll have to move it around a bit to get it to “lock”. I’m not sure how the bag will hold up. Right now it’s just “cute” but I need it to be durable too. I would’ve paid more for better quality by this company. Pros: the overall design. Cute and trendy bag that has plenty of pockets and space. The straps are adjustable. I’m short and had plenty to work with. It also comes with a dust bag.
