I’ve purchased this bag previous and it lasted for a good long time before the black rubber came off the sides of the handles. The rest of the bag was in great shape but this annoyed me on my shoulder so I bought another. This time I found the material to be much stiffer and inflexible. I’ve have it maybe two months and the straps have completely ripped where it attaches to the bag. It must be a different material then last time. Unfortunately I probably won’t be able to return it because Amazon only gives 1 month window for this.

Rating is both for purse and customer service. Great purse, super sturdy. Feels & looks high quality. I gave this as a Christmas present in Dec. 2020. A few months after using the purse daily for general use, the strap completely snapped off. I was bummed to hear this because the person that I gave it to was obsessed with it! I reached out to the company with the issue, they asked for pictures, and they let me know that this was an issue that they were working with manufacturing to address. They said that they would send me a new bag with no cost to me after they got the improved product on shelves and they followed through! That's how you create a loyal customer.

Some were too big, too small, too flimsey... but this one is perfect. it has feet, stands alone its inside can hold just enough stuff and not be too heave to carry. It has an insert for those who need organization in their totes. for those who just want to toss and go you can take the organizer insert out. Its the perfect tote. This bag is much nicer than I expected. Great size, quality and value. I ordered the cream/white color and it looks much more expensive than the price. The pocket on the front and inside are very handy and the extra inserts that come with it work well. I needed a bag to put in a golf cart that would hold items but look stylish enough to go to lunch after. This is the perfect bag. I will use it for travel as well. I don’t write many reviews but this product is really very good!

Very cute. Loved toting it around and got lots of compliments. Spacious and I loved the insert to keep me organized. Which is why I was upset to find the handles hanging on by a thread (literally) after only three months. I use it daily so some wear and tear is expected but to have both handles about to break in the same way? That’s not wear and tear that’s poor manufacturing.

I purchased this purse middle of July of this year. It is only been three months using the purse and one of the straps is completely worn through. At this point it is only being held on by the thread and will probably break within the week. Given the cost of the purse I truly thought it was going to last a little longer. When I first got it it looked very impressive and came in its own little personalize storage bag. But after only three months of usage one of the straps is about to completely break off. I will have to purchase a new purse within the week. I’m very disappointed.

For the price this is a great little tote. The color is nice ( I got the tan color) and I really like the insert. It makes changing larger purses and totes easy. The insert comes with two parts, which I found too bulky, so I just use the main outer shell of the insert. This makes changing purses and totes a snap. The outer shell of the tote itself is made from what I call “China pleather” - enhanced plastic. It’s commonly used in many purses and totes from the region; however, so far the stitching and workmanship have held up. And it looks nice. The tote has a nice rectangular shape and stands up well, but you will lose things if it tips over since it is very open and wide at the top. You can hook it together with a hook and latch that comes built in but I really recommend that you toss something on top like a scarf, or sweater or something to keep the contents more secured, then hook it.
