Omg I could live out of this backpack if I had too. So we got hit with the whole return to office nonsense coming out of the pandemic, luckily only hybrid but still a huge change from the pas 3.5 years. I was hesitant since I’m used to having my entire home available to me as needed throughout my day. I searched high and low for a backpack that would update my pre pandemic work bag and everything was either outrageously priced or didn’t offer the storage options I felt I needed. I work on a huge campus and need to be mobile from time to time. I needed a way to carry my laptop, cords, tech accessories, touch up makeup, small bag with hygiene/meds/ feminine products etc. snacks, work essentials, personal comfort items, headphones, laptop stand, sanitizer, lotion and any other little things I may need throughout my day. When I got the bag I was pleasantly surprised. I upgraded it to include the laptop compartment which is perfect for quickly packing and unpacking my computer and cords without having to shuffle through other items. The main compartment is soooo roomy and opens completely so you can access all extra pockets and see Eve at once. The side pockets are big enough for a huge 40oz tumbler or yeti, but the elastic allows for something as small as keys to stay put and enough space to hold iPhone 14 max without moving or falling out. The front pockets are deep and have additional zippers and pockets to further organize all of you essentials. For the week before returning to office I tried to work solely out of my bag to see if there was anything more that I needed to add and to my surprise I didn’t. I managed to fit everything and then some into this bag. I can grab and go to my office, work around campus, work remotely, really anywhere and feel completely comfortable and able to make my day successful and convenient. Oh, and the charging port!!!!! This little addition is amazing and has helped me keep power instantly available to charge headphones, AirPods, phone, and more. I can’t express how much I LOVE this bag. I’m just glad people are finding out about it so it can be around and offered for a long time. Thank you for the thought you put into this bag. Fashionistas and brand queens, I did have a hard time coming to the realization that I wasn’t getting a high end brand bag with real leather and high end materials. Ultimately I decided to give it a shot and so happy I did. There are many options and styles to choose from and with venturing out of the brand comfort zone to try, you won’t regret it!

PERFECT bag for commuting to work — fits my 16 inch MacBook and everything else I need for the day. I love the wide opening at the top and all the different compartments to keep things organized. The water bottle holders on the outside stretch to fit a variety of container sizes. There are quality zippers at all the openings and the backpack straps are comfortable.

This backpack allows me to pack several days worth of clothing as well as my makeup bag, a pair of shoes, some snacks, and lots more. I used this on an international trip and found that I did not need my carry-on bag as this backpack served that purpose. There are so many zippered pockets and storage locations! I love the space specifically designed for your cell phone battery charger. I also loved the 'hidden' inside pockets within one of the main zippered compartments. The wide straps provide balanced weight so it doesn't hurt my shoulders even when it is packed FULL. The padded section for laptop storage also has a velcro "latch" so the laptop is secured very well. I was able to put it under the seat on the airline so that I had ready access to everything, and the bag never looks like it's been on the floor. The premium upgrade is definitely worth it. This backpack also comes with a storage bag so that you can keep it dust/dirt free while it is being stored. Even after several big trips with daily use in a variety of locations this backpack looks brand new. The only thing I would change would be to have two zippers on the lowest outside pocket rather than having only one zipper. If I go to unzip that lower outside pocket, I can't just unzip from the top center; I must unzip from one side to the other and that allows things to fall out more easily so I limit what I put in that lowest outside pocket. I highly recommend it!

This might be my new favorite bag. I love all the space it has, the separate laptop compartment is great. The bag itself is lightweight. The color is darker than the picture but it’s very nice to me. I am a little iffy about the pocket in the front; since the section isn’t exactly separate from the bag, the space is a little limited. Luckily I don’t need to put much there so everything feels secure and stays where it needs to. I am keeping a star off because of this but also because I haven’t had much time with it yet. Though from previous bags I’ve bought from LOVEVOOK (I’ve worn out past bags) I am very hopeful about this one.

I took over a month searching for the perfect backpack for and what i needed. I can say now that that month was not wasted , because I found the perfect backpack. I am very pleased with backpack. It has more pockets and space than I actually need yet it's not nor does it look overly big. I like that there's a separate compartment for my laptop and it's the closest spot near my back, to avoid theft. In that compartment is two slots for documents ect. Two open , stretchy side pockets that are big enough for drinks while still holding them snug in their spot. The bag is entirely waterproof and appears as though it will be easy to clean off dirt or a spill of some sort. The middle compartment is the largest and has pockets with it as well. The front smaller pocket has pockets within too and special pockets for pens n whatnot. The straps are nicely padded which is a must for me plus there's plenty of room for adjusting them as well. Plus two handles to carry the bag by hand too. I highly recommend this backpack. You won't be disappointed.

Ok, I love, love this bag. I was very skeptical about it because of it being “viral”. Usually that just means they spent loads on advertising rather than making a quality product. But not this time. This bag is awesome. Very high quality and beautiful. I got the 17” upgrade, but after using it for a few months I’m considering getting the downgrade. While the laptop compartment is nice to have sometimes, I found it takes up a lot of the overall useable space. If I carry anything, it’s just an iPad and a kindle for reading. I almost never travel with my laptop. So if you DO frequently need to travel with a laptop and/or lots of documents, notebooks, files, etc., then it probably makes more sense for you to get the upgrade. I like the extra padding of the upgrade but the added pockets are overkill in my opinion and not worth the price increase alone. I didn’t notice any weird smells, it’s comfortable to wear, and the color (purple) is beautiful. I can’t say enough about how much I love that it has a trolley strap. Not enough bags on the market do. I may just end up with a couple of these bags in various sizes and colors. As a bag and purse snob, I really love this bag!

Well made and roomy. I had this thing packed to full capacity, and it still fit under the seat in front of me on the plane. Lots of compartments and well thought design. I like the gold zippers and the ability to open it up on the top more like a bag. Love this backpack!
