While these aren't heavy duty or super amazing they work. Plus the price makes it worth it to me. I wanted more shapes to make with my little and they can easily handle these and cut out the fun shape. I had to take out the bottom plastic part because we couldn't cut multiple with it. Not sure how it would handle heavy weight paper but it's working with printer paper.

Pros: Big design, easier to hold. Shapes are cute. Cons: Hard to punch through craft/scrapbooking paper. Even I have to squeeze pretty hard. The only paper my kid can use it on is the thin printer paper (and that’s who I got them for). The heart one is already getting jammed even with the printer paper. The snowflake one has been catching from the beginning sometimes on the first punch or after a few uses. I have to juggle it back and forth for it to come back up and release the paper. The shapes can fall into the back section in the punch where the hand press goes up and down. Which probably contributes to them getting jammed. Overall, these seemed of decent quality upon arrival but after using just a handful of times I’m questioning how long they will hold up.

This works great for another fine motor activity with kids. They enjoy hole punching the different shapes. The dycem is perfect for this activity as it keeps the hole punchers from slipping and sliding when pressing down.

This set is adorable and easy to use. I bought it for my grandchildren for crafts. It's small enough where they can't cut themselves, I know, challenge accepted, but I've used them and you can't put more than 2 sheets of paper in at a time or it won't cut.
