The Astoria West Open Toe Sandal for women is built off KEEN’s traditional wider footwear form. KEEN products are consciously created using a natural, probiotic-based technology called Eco Anti-Odor for breaking down odor in sweat, PFC-free water repellent (in applicable styles) and leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. The media could not be loaded. I love how versatile these sandals are! They’re very comfortable and cute. I’d wear this over crocs all day! I was hesitant with the sizing at first because of the reviews I’ve read, but the fit I got is perfect. I got this pair here because apparently, Astoria isn’t available in stores here in my country and the available colors of Keen here are too dark and boring to my liking. So I’m so glad to have this pair because I love the colors I got. It’s super cute and it fits my personality so much. Keen Astoria West Sandal Love them so far! Super comfortable, very lightweight, and cute. Got the scarlet ibis or whatever it is, a nice red. They may not be the best choice for rough trails, but for all my city walking, casual wear, easy hiking, beach walks, I think they'll be perfect. And they're cute enough to wear with a skirt or casual dress. We'll have to see how the white soles look over time. About Sizing: I wear an 8.5 M in all my other Keens but had heard these were smaller, so I first ordered a size 9. They were way too big for me. Replaced with my usual size, perfect. BUT I recently tried on some Keen Uneek and Uneek Astoria sandals at the Keen store, and in those I definitely needed to size up. For the Uneek Astoria, I needed a size 9. For th regular Uneek sandal, I was undecided between the 9 and the 9.5. I my experience the Uneek Astoria and these Astoria West sandals are sized differently and you can probably wear your usual size in these. Hope this helps. Great shoes! ... show more

These came quickly and are exactly what I expected. They are true to size, supportive, perfect for outings that involve wet feet, but need a shoe (kayaking, wading, canoeing) but can easily be worn for everyday outings. And a good price.

I normally wear 8W shoes. I thought with these being able to be loosened using the elastic shoestring, they would work. The toebox was wide enough but not the sides, even though I made them as loose as possible. They have good support and the soles felt comfortable, but the straps started digging in because they just don't loosen enough. Returning, but wish I didn't have to ! Would have given them 5 stars if they had fit. ... show more

This shoes are very comfortable and good for hiking in hot temperature. They stay in place and have a good support even during the rain. They are also perfect walking down the stream.

Starting to go on water hikes with my in-laws, I got a pair of water sandals just at the location. Those were not very protective, so I bought these ....purposely at the end of the season so I could get it more cheaply, but surprisingly ended up just wearing them all the time in the city (just like sandals, not in water). They are so cute and comfortable. I hope they last me until the water hiking season! ... show more

I’ve been wearing Keen Voyageurs since 2013 and have LOVED them!! I am a short fluffy bunny and I needed a shoe to keep my feet stable and on the go for a week in Disney World. I read a review from a woman who hiked in them through like 37 miles in the Grand Canyon with no blisters! I bought my first pair of Keen Voyageurs in my normal size, 9.5. I hiked all over Disney World and true to the review, no blisters or broken ankle, they were magic! My husband didn’t listen to me. He bought Nike’s and used an entire box of band-aids on our first night. No fibbing, a whole box of band-aids!! And yes, neither of us had broken in our shoes beforehand. So, it’s 2022 and I am on my third pair of Keen Voyageurs and I had also gotten one pair of Keen water sandals for our summer trips to Lake MI and the rivers but this year I really needed a new pair. It’s been so long I could not remember which type I had ordered or apparently the size. After several tries I need a 10 to get the sandals on. My husband had issues with the fit of the Keen sandals too, something about the area on top of your foot and the back of the ankle is hard to get into the opening of the sandals. I believe my only pair of Keen sandals had been Newports and I loved them. This year I wanted to try the Keen Whisper because it’s a little cutier and dressier looking. Sadly for me, not comfortable at all. First, while the size 10 got my foot in the sandal it was a little too big for my toes. In a short while my piggies were trying to escape the the much larger openings on the sandal sides which along with the extra room made them very uncomfortable to wear. The rubber on the toes is much smaller too, which is cute, but if you plan to spend time in a river tubing you’ll want the Keen Newport. It’s not exactly cute or dressy but it’s a work horse of a water sandal. For some odd reason the size 10 in that style fits me perfectly. You won’t ever stub a toe, have run away piggies or too much excess room. They are super comfy! Expensive lesson learned. ... show more

These are great shoes for hiking and just outdoors. They’re cool. They have great art support. They’re very comfortable their waterproof. They don’t slip when they get wet just overall very comfortable and good.
