In contrast to most other bra inserts on the market, these bra pads are sticky on both sides, so they lift you up and stay in place all day long. Simply peel and stick them onto the inside of your top, dress, or swimsuit. Because they're water resistant, they can even be worn in a bathing suit while swimming. they were good under tight clothing but if you are wearing anything thats even a little loose on the top they will start rubbing off and could feel uncomfortable. i bought them for a dress and a bodysuit, did not work for the dress but did work for the v neck bodysuit.

I bought this to give me more lift and padding in a dress that I own but it doesn't really do anything for me at all. I think the pictures are very misleading it seems there's a lot more padding than what I got.
