bought these Love & Nuuna Double-Sided Sticky Push Up Bra Inserts out of curiosity for $16.99, and overall, they work pretty well. The packaging is cute — it comes in a small purple bag — and the inserts themselves feel soft, flexible, and made of real silicone. They’re sticky on both sides, which helps them stay in place between your skin and clothes, but it also means you need to be careful when adjusting your outfit because the fabric can catch a bit. The lift is subtle but noticeable — perfect for strapless dresses or tops where you can’t wear a regular bra.

These Love & Nuuna sticky bra inserts are okay, but not amazing. They do give a nice lift and shape, and I like that they’re reusable and can be worn with different outfits — from dresses to swimsuits. That said, the stickiness doesn’t hold up as well as I hoped. After a few hours (especially if it’s warm or you’re moving around a lot), they start to slip a bit. They’re fine for short events or light wear, but not something I’d rely on for a full day or an active occasion. Overall, they look good and feel nice, but the adhesive could definitely be stronger.

I've had these for two days and I'm obsessed! The price is so good. For reference, I am a 28C and got the XS size. they fit well in my athletic tops and give me a perfect lift! I can't wait to try them in my bikini tops. They are 100% SO STICKY and SWEAT PROOF!! They stayed on through a 45 minute walk in 95° Texas heat and through high intensity weight lifting. They hold up so well. They're actually so sticky that they're a little painful to take off. I do have sensitive skin and boobs though. Even after getting them sweaty, they stay on just as well, they just have sweat beads in them. The package came with a sweet handwritten note and instruction manual. I highly recommend them and supporting small women owned businesses!

The media could not be loaded. I recently tried the Love & Nuuna Double-Sided Adhesive Bra and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. I bought it mainly to wear with a strapless backless dress for a wedding, and it stayed in place all night—even with dancing and a bit of sweating! The padding gives a natural lift without feeling bulky, and the adhesive is strong on both sides. I didn’t have to worry about it slipping or needing to adjust it. I also used it under a halter top and even a swimsuit, and it held up well in each case. What I really love is that it’s reusable. After each use, I gently washed it with warm water and mild soap, and it regained its stickiness just fine. I’ve used it about five times already and it still works like new. If you're looking for a comfortable and discreet bra solution for outfits where a regular bra just won’t work, I totally recommend this one. It’s easy to use, looks great under clothes, and feels secure. I’m planning to order another one soon just to have a backup!

The outside is starting to separate from the inside after wearing these for 6 weeks. So buy multiples if you plan on wearing these daily. I do love the lift and stickiness - just wish they would last at least 3 months. They don't you'll end up with wrinkles which you can see through any tight shirt. Too bad.

For reference I am an A cup (barely), I can also pass for a AA cup. So considering that I don’t have much to “scoop” up and lift, I did struggle a bit to put it on correctly. After a few trial and error, I got it and my skin wasn’t irritated after the amount of times I took it off. I like the quality and the support it gave me. It is very sticky but not to the point where it hurts to take off. The material feels nice and thick and it is worth buying to try out at least once. I didn’t give it 5 stars simply because I don’t know if it is water/sweat proof yet.
