I was pretty skeptical about a waterproof case for only twenty bucks because they're usually much more expensive, but when I tested in as instructed before I put my phone in it, it worked perfectly. There was no leakage and the inside of the case stayed perfectly dry. The literature said there may be issues with the microphone due to the case and I did notice a slight reduction in sound volume, but did not experience any echoing or difficulty hearing during phone conversations at all. I did remove my screen protector before installing the case. I think if you have a screen protector the case won't fit as well. It is a VERY snug fit which is necessary for a waterproof case. I haven't tested the case in water with my phone yet, but I plan on taking it on my cruise in a few months so I will probably test it before then, but I am very confident it will perform well based on the test. Make sure you read ALL of the instructions and warnings BEFORE you test or install the case. ... show more

Works very well for the price, phone fits snug into the case so the protective screen is completely against the phones screen which makes it easier to use the touch, not like other cases where you have to press down hard on the screen because it barely registers your taps. Also tried the mic while the cover was on (my last waterproof cover muffled the mic) and I was impressed that it did not muffle your speech when in use. I don’t have to take the phone off the cover like I had to do with my last one when I talk, yay! Also, the material used to make the cover actually feels nice, not like a cheap plastic but actually feels pretty sturdy and the edges of the cover are raised a bit so if your phone ever falls face first into the ground those edges serve like bumpers to mitigate the fall and actually save your glass. The case is sturdy, it does keep everything very protective however it’s so protective that nobody can hear you when you talk to them on the phone. I have not been able to FaceTime anyone with them being able to hear anything I’m saying because of the case. Speakerphone doesn’t work either because nobody can hear a word that you are saying. I know it’s just the case because I switched back to my old case and had no issues. So if you don’t use voice to text, speakerphone, talk on the phone, FaceTime, and you literally just type everything on your phone, This is the case for you. ... show more

Great phone case, second time I’ve bought it. This time I guess I took it off too many times and had a tiny crack near the opening so I don’t think it’s waterproof anymore I don’t care to try, I just like that it’s more sand proof as I live at the beach. Love the color and very easy to instal just know there’s a little black sticker on the inside or at least mine had that blocked the sensor so whenever I was on a phone call it was impossible to hang up or put on speaker until I took that off, don’t remember my first one having that. Attractive appearance that feels good in your hand. Sometimes people can't hear me unless I talk directly into the mouthpiece. The case fits snug. It needs to be in just right, because in the beginning, it was drawing my battery down fast for some reason. After taking it out and reapplying case, the battery was back to normal. My main reason for giving 3 stars is that the wheel for turning the mute button on and off turned with difficulty and eventually broke off, negating the waterproof quality as well as not being able to mute phone. I still like the case and may order another like it, but hope the issue with the mute gear won't be a reoccuring issue. ... show more

I love this case! I bought this case back in 2020 right after I got my iPhone 11. I tend to be pretty clumsy and I drop my phone quite often, and my phone doesn’t have a single scratch on it. It’s been dropped in a pool, and tub and a toilet and stayed completely dry. It’s great at protecting the screen from scratches and fingerprints as well and keeps the phone looking brand new. Mine ended up breaking after I dropped it on a Walmart floor and the top part of the screen cracked, but after two years of falling I’d say it’s held up really well. The only other minor issues I’ve encountered are that after its been used for awhile, the mute knob can be hard to turn and the charging port plug started to pull apart a little bit (I also tend to mess with it a lot absentmindedly, so it may have had more wear and tear than was intended for it), but overall nothing major. I’m super satisfied and totally recommend this case to anyone looking for good phone protection! ... show more
