I love this case! I bought this case back in 2020 right after I got my iPhone 11. I tend to be pretty clumsy and I drop my phone quite often, and my phone doesn’t have a single scratch on it. It’s been dropped in a pool, and tub and a toilet and stayed completely dry. It’s great at protecting the screen from scratches and fingerprints as well and keeps the phone looking brand new. Mine ended up breaking after I dropped it on a Walmart floor and the top part of the screen cracked, but after two years of falling I’d say it’s held up really well. The only other minor issues I’ve encountered are that after its been used for awhile, the mute knob can be hard to turn and the charging port plug started to pull apart a little bit (I also tend to mess with it a lot absentmindedly, so it may have had more wear and tear than was intended for it), but overall nothing major. I’m super satisfied and totally recommend this case to anyone looking for good phone protection! ... show more

I was pretty skeptical about a waterproof case for only twenty bucks because they're usually much more expensive, but when I tested in as instructed before I put my phone in it, it worked perfectly. There was no leakage and the inside of the case stayed perfectly dry. The literature said there may be issues with the microphone due to the case and I did notice a slight reduction in sound volume, but did not experience any echoing or difficulty hearing during phone conversations at all. I did remove my screen protector before installing the case. I think if you have a screen protector the case won't fit as well. It is a VERY snug fit which is necessary for a waterproof case. I haven't tested the case in water with my phone yet, but I plan on taking it on my cruise in a few months so I will probably test it before then, but I am very confident it will perform well based on the test. Make sure you read ALL of the instructions and warnings BEFORE you test or install the case. ... show more

Great phone case, second time I’ve bought it. This time I guess I took it off too many times and had a tiny crack near the opening so I don’t think it’s waterproof anymore I don’t care to try, I just like that it’s more sand proof as I live at the beach. Love the color and very easy to instal just know there’s a little black sticker on the inside or at least mine had that blocked the sensor so whenever I was on a phone call it was impossible to hang up or put on speaker until I took that off, don’t remember my first one having that. I needed a case to take canyoneering through some wet canyons that would keep my phone safe and dry. Reviews seemed decent, price was on point, click and buy. After receiving the waterproof case, I tested it just as the directions said, it passed the test. I did apply a tempered glass screen to my phone, just to add an extra layer of protection (phones are expensive). The screen of the waterproof case worked great even with the extra tempered glass screen in place. The case worked wonderfully for the first week I had it on, but there was no real water test, until today. Phone in tow we headed to a wet canyon. The case performed well for the first mile or so through swimming and a couple rappels, nothing crazy. Then I noticed condensation inside. I popped my phone out of the case and sure enough, water had gotten in. I performed another test on the case and noticed the screen had a slight separation from the body of the case near the top allowing water to penetrate the case. No good! The case was not handled roughly, I was swimming. Canyon finished, packing up gear, my hands fumbled and dropped my phone, still inside the case, in the gravel. Cracked screen! Or should I say cracked tempered glass screen. I'm thankful that extra screen was on my phone. This case did nothing to protect my phone from water or my screen from a tumble into the gravel.     • Charging port plug fell out no longer waterproof

Happy with the case over all. I have bought several of these styles cases and never had any issues. The hard shell style on the back of this case gives the case plenty of protection and covers the cracks on the phone (whoops). I don’t like however the rubber seal for the charging/ headphone port. The instructions had to not remove the plug, which I thought was odd. Within a few weeks of using this case that plug fell out. Now my case has lost its waterproof capabilities. The case will still work fine but I just have to remember it’s no longer waterproof; one of the reasons I choose these styles of cases. Works very well for the price, phone fits snug into the case so the protective screen is completely against the phones screen which makes it easier to use the touch, not like other cases where you have to press down hard on the screen because it barely registers your taps. Also tried the mic while the cover was on (my last waterproof cover muffled the mic) and I was impressed that it did not muffle your speech when in use. I don’t have to take the phone off the cover like I had to do with my last one when I talk, yay! Also, the material used to make the cover actually feels nice, not like a cheap plastic but actually feels pretty sturdy and the edges of the cover are raised a bit so if your phone ever falls face first into the ground those edges serve like bumpers to mitigate the fall and actually save your glass. All in all very happy with this product, great for the price and actually looks nice! ... show more
