This batting mat is thick and lays down nice and flat due to its weight. the lines and plate are painted well and it seems to be holding up well. The mat is more foamy than rubber, so it may not last long if left outside, but should put up well with simple wear and tear in a gym or other indoor area. The turf seems to be well made. The strap that came with it would be a nice touch except the clips are very flimsy and would unbuckle themselves beneath the weight of the mat, causing the mat to drop to the floor, so it's useless without better buckles.

This is an awesome batting mat that I’m using to help some of our neighborhood kids learn to bat. It’s super tough and durable, lays down and stays where you put it after being in the sun for a little while, it’s handling really well some pretty rugged abuse that you expect from kids, and, it’s a great design that looks good too. Though it’s on the pricey side, I definitely recommend it because it’s worth every penny.

This is a great baseball mat. Easy to set up right out of the box. Great for training. Lay it out set up your tee on top and get working on your hitting.

We put together our own practice set up for baseball in the backyard in the boys are having a blast. We now have a home plate and Annette to catch the ball. We have a mound and all the boys have mitts and we just added some bats, so this was the last missing piece. It’s a very high-quality batting mat that’s about 10 feet wide and about 3 feet long. Absolutely perfect for our use case. Overall we’re very happy with it.

I love these batting mats. It’s so nice to use in place of the normal batters box that is either fading or muddy. Plus home plate never needs dusted off. Feels really sturdy and thick but isn’t very heavy.
