This truck did exactly what I hoped, it brought joy to my family and myself. As a family we really enjoy Monster Jam and having a scale RC monster truck like this has made weekends and RC time nothing short of a great fun time. I highly recommend this 1/8th scale monster truck for either beginners or seasoned enthusiasts. This item broke an axle on the first day. Cheap plastic parts. Super disappointed given the 800 plus dollar price tag. Driven by a tween, who was pretty cautious with it. You see the pros driving these around at MonsterJam, and thrashing them. Note, they are not using stock parts. Out of the box these are full of cheap plastic parts, and in order use them properly you have to rebuild the thing with metal parts. ... show more

The factory solid axle housing will break probably sooner than later but if you upgrade it to a metal housing it's pretty tough and a blast to drive. Does wheelies, jumps good, and does back flips easy. My son says thank you every time we play with it. It really looks and acts like a monster truck

This truck rocks. The short wheel base and big tires let you turn almost any bump into a jump. It's a bigger rig but has done really well in my smaller front yard it turns well and doesn't need a ton of room to make use of jumps. Thank you Losi!

Meh, I expected a lot for a $600. When I took the truck out of the box, the wheel fell off. Apparently Horizon Hobby doesn’t really do quality check. The truck was missing(!) all 6 of the screw that keep the wheel on. Going over the body, I found a giant crack on the grill and crappy sticker that looks faded. The steering servo is weak and light cables are too short to open the shell up all the way. I tried getting in touch with Horizon Hobby, but have been unsuccessful the last 5 time.
