I own several Losi RC products and am generally happy with them. Some require extensive upgrading to work well (Lasernut) while others are simply amazing just as they come out of the box (Promoto motorcycles). The attention to detail of the 22S Sprint shows off Losi at its best. I haven't taken it out on a dirt track yet. That's planned for the spring. But on macadam at high speed, this is one of the stickiest rigs I've ever used. You can see that a lot of design work was done on the drawing board and computer. They've taken into account the forces acting with and against this sprint car, and it shows in the actual operation of the vehicle. You'd think that it would be inherently unstable since the center of gravity appears to be fairly high up. On the other hand, the dimensions of the arms are such that the forces that would cause tip-overs are mitigated by the position of the wheels. While the engineering shows careful attention to detail, the bodywork also doesn't disappoint. This looks like the real thing. And it's super easy to work on the inside of the rig, from the routine of replacing the battery to deeper dives into drivetrain. A single, easy to find switch lets you release the body from the chassis. Say goodby to clips and multi-point releases that were designed by people with 3 hands and 15 fingers. Seems there are a mountain of add-ons and replacement upgrades for this model. People are already seriously racing this thing and having a ball doing it. ... show more

As realistic as it gets. Fir loose dirt your going to want to turn the punch down on the esc. Read the instructions you don't need a programmer.

Losi did it up right on this one. Not only is it a performer but it displays well ! I checked it out thoroughly to find anything loose. NOTHING! Test ran it and had a slight disappointment. When letting off the throttle it coasted forever. I realised that it had no brakes. When checking the manual I had overlooked the programing scheme that clearly shows that zero braking is factory set. SET THE BRAKES! If you dont program the esc to brake when throttling down you may damage your car if it runs into something. Best $350.00 1/10 scale car out there. The dozens of videos prove it.
