The actual area around the sink is barely 1/2". My husband and I had to get creative to install this in our space. He used a router to cut holes for the top tabs, because we could not cut a hole large enough for the entire sink without damaging the actual cabinet. This sink is a monster as far as size. It's absolutely gorgeous once installed and everyone that has seen the sink says the same thing: WOW, nice sink! Everyone loves the depth and you would never know this was just 25" wide. It's perfect for my everyday needs. I love all the extras that were included with it. By far one of the best deals I have gotten on Amazon. Update: I still love this sink. In order to keep it from rusting, I wipe my sink out each night with a soft towel. I noticed a few scratches on the bottom - must have been cutlery that fell through the grate. Overall, solid buy!

Installed this sink into our trailer and I could not be more impressed. It made the space feel so much bigger and functional. The drain catcher has such a unique design that makes it very easy to clean. Was able to easily install this in an hour, and have no issues since.

The sink is beautiful, and the accessories are very useful. The mounting hardware is pretty difficult if you don't have at least 1-1/2" to spare around the underneath of the sink. It's doable but like I said. Difficult. Once it's in, you will love it. I've seen other reviews about the water not draining as it should. We either got lucky and got a good one or they fixed the problem. There are four creases on the bottom to allow water to flow to the drain. Overall, we are very pleased with the sink.

The only reason I had to give it four stars is it arrived with a small dent in the bottom of it The box was in perfect condition must’ve happened during manufacturing process. was not worth sending it back for me as I needed it right away. I can live with the blemish.

The only complaint I have is that it shows hard water stains. I don’t care. I love it. It was so easy to install, however I did need to buy a new drain, as I have a garbage disposal. It’s huge. The only other complaint I have, is that the guide rails for the cutting board, colander, and drying rack DO NOT go all of the way across. It is gunmetal gray, and a great value!

This sink offers plenty of room for a great number of dishes and pans. It's 10" deep; deeper than most. It comes with features such as a thick butcher block cutting board, a deep draining pan and a rollout draining rack; which I love. An important fact is that it's thicker than most at 16 gage. It came with a template for cutting the counter. We installed this sink ourselves. I would recommend this sink to anyone.
