This is not an extract. This is not Canadian Maple flavor. It smells like Log Cabin. Or rather, candle oil.

Good flavor! I used this maple as an additional to Maple Walnut Fudge that I made during the holiday season. It enhanced the candy very well and I will look for other uses.
