We have rescue animals (two dogs and a cat) who are all different ages and sizes. The oldest is very frightened of clippers and has been since we adopted her almost 7 yrs ago, but our youngest dog is scared of the sound of the grinder so we needed a product that would give us both a grinder and clippers. The cats nails are the same color as her paw and it’s really difficult to find the cuticle and so we needed light on the grinder to help us judge where to stop but the last grinder was loud and scared him. This grinder has a light that helps visibility and also has three speeds, all of which are pretty darn quiet in my opinion, to choose from. The clippers have a lock on them and I was able to cut through our Great Dane mix’s super thick nails without much force. The ease of use is important to me as I have RA and I lack much strength (or feeling) in my hands. The dog who hates clippers did get a hold of the clippers and chewed the handle part of the clippers but there was not much damage done. The one thing about the grinder is that the bit wore down pretty quickly with just one dog’s trimming consisting of all four paws, but then again the nails are very thick and long since she hates having her nails done and I hate upsetting her in her old age (and stressing me out in the process) so I waited a little too long to trim her nails. However, I don’t think it should have worn down that quickly but there is a spare. The only negative I can think to say is that the clippers did develop a small chip on one side in between trims. I’m not sure how this happened and with 4 kiddos still at home who all love doing little diy projects, it could very well have been chipped by a misuse of the clippers by one of the my mischievous brood. All in all the product is a great product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do and allows you several options in how you can trim your pets’ nails all at an affordable price!

This is a great device. TedE and I walk a lot, so we never had to trim his nails. Now he is a senior dog at 15, he can't do the same amount of walking and we began hearing him walk click across our hardwood floors. I tried the scissor-type clippers but that was impossible. My vet stopped clipping so I gave this product a try. First, I introduced him to the device, he sniffed, smelled, and heard it. I turned it on and rubbed it on his paws just to feel the vibrations. I's quiet and not scary at all. My first use only 2 nails, but now, no problem. It's safe, the light helps you see. But most of all it's fast. Did not worry about hitting the "quick". There are several sanding openings so you can choose the nail size for your dog and maybe the best position, too. My cat-loving relatives have used it too with great results. Love that it comes with replacement heads and the bonus scissor clippers (they are quality too). I would recommend it's a value product and you will love the price.

I am impressed with this nail grinder. It's easy to hold (compact like a small flashlight) with simple slide buttons (OFF/LOW/HIGH) and a separate button to turn the flashlight off/on. This thing is quieter than a human nail dremel, if I had to compare its noise level to something it seems about 50% quieter than a human cordless electric shaver. Even though it's quiet it's very effective, and the nail guard is very helpful for small dog toenails. For medium dog nails there's an opening at the top of the nail guard to place the nail on, and for big dogs (or even for use on human nails) you can twist the nail guard off to expose the whole dremel head. It comes with the dremel head already installed and includes a spare. A white USB-C charging cable is also included but most people would just use their cellphone charging cable. Nail clippers are also included in a separate box inside the main box, you probably won't need those if you keep up regular nail grinding which is much safer than cutting a pets nails. Overall I'm impressed with this extremely quiet grinder, it's easy to hold and use.

We were looking for a new pet file as our old one was a cheap sanding band and did not do the job. Our dogs were not a fan of getting their nails done and it took far too long with that band. This one not only comes with a nice set of clippers that has a safe guard in it but the file itself is great. I love that there is a cap on it I turned the file on low and set it down and let my pets just see/hear it, which it’s not very loud. Then with the cap still on I ran it up and down there legs and across their paw while it was on to show them it was ok. It always comes with a guard around the band you can use if you want and has a light which is helpful. Overall I am happy with this purchase so far and do not feel the need to pay someone to do my dogs nails now!

I got a chiweenie baby a few months ago. I immediately started getting him used to grooming. This nail grinder has made my job a lot easier. It's super quiet, doesn't vibrate too much even in contact with the nail & 2 lights make it easy to see the quick. Rechargable so no batteries to keep buying, no cord to get in the way. The tips are easy to change out. It comes with a set of trimmers/clippers to get them short if they have gotten too long. Then round the tips with the grinder. As long as you keep them short, you don't even need the clipper. I've always been too anxious to trim my other dogs nails & just paid to get them done. Not anymore as long as I have my Lopsic Pet Nail Grinder!

This dog nail grinder/filer works great! It looks very sleek and very quiet but powerful so even though my puppy is nervous it takes less that 5 seconds to grind each of her sharp nails down. Even has a flash light which is a cool little feature depending on your lighting. My dogs are small so I have really needed to use the clippers but still nice to have them for the times I may actually need/use them. Has a plastic cap which guards the grinder but is still very easy to pop on and off! Feels like a quality product as well so it's not cheap feeling. Very sturdy and a good weight for it's size . Big props for actually being usb c and not micro usb too!
