I bought this for a guest room futon bed but the original mattress I ordered had stains on it. The customer service at Loosh was very helpful, though and sent a replacement very quickly without requiring me to return the original one which would’ve been a pain. You never know when you order a mattress online how it’s going to turn out to be so having such great customer service to help with any issues is very important. I got the 5 inch in beige and it’s thick enough for my needs and It looks just as pictured. It’s fairly firm for sleeping so since I prefer it to be softer I added a foam topper and it was much more comfortable . I have nothing underneath it to keep it in place but it does not slide at all on my futon frame. I definitely recommend and would order from this company again!

It did not expand to 11inches as described, it is lumpy, sags in the middle, too small for the cover it came in and based on the packaging I would suspect it may have been previously returned. Very disappointing. It is not even a memory foam. Waste of time, money and hassle trying to return it. Update: Worse customer service ever, I have been attempting to return this garbage, Amazon approved the return pending Loosh receiving the defective mattress back. The delivery guy came out and said he cannot pick it up and gave us a shipping label. They delivered it to a 3rd floor but they can't pick up above the 2nd. It's expanded so it would fit in the box and we can't get it rolled up. We wrapped it in plastic like we were instructed, but It will take two people to carry and it won't fit in my Corrola. I have half a mind to push the thing over the balcony and have them pick it up in whatever dog crap in lands in. Update: AMAZON NOT LOOSH Rectified my concerns. I won't reorder a futon mattress through their store but I will definitely reorder a different brand on Amazon due to their customer satisfaction policies.

I ordered this mattress and it was delivered 4 days later in perfect condition. I was able to sleep in it 24 hours later. It was boxed perfectly and unpacked easily. I was amazed at how well this mattress slept and sits as a sofa/couch.

The fabric was thin. It has an odd shape from shipping. Part of mattress was folded in before rolling and shrinking for shipping. Has a permanent non rectangular shape and a crease!

I bought a twin in April '22 to use while my bedroom was being remodeled. It does come squashed up in its packaging, and it is a little smelly when you first unwrap it (aren't all futons?). But mine expanded fine, and the futon smell went away in about a week. I use it on an Amazon cot frame that I got for under a hundred dollars - perfect fit. I still use it for guests. For the price, I thought it was a great deal.

Purchased June 2023, extremely uneven and lumpy. The ends are around half the thickness of the middle! I have been using this futon in couch formation for the last 6 months in hopes that it would even out, it is still just as uneven and uncomfortable as when it arrived. Pretty much unusable as a bed. I couldn't find any way to message or call the seller through Amazon, only option I had was to ship it back for a refund (have you ever tried to ship a full size futon through UPS, after it has been unboxed and expanded?), so I kept it to see if it would improve which it has not. I tried contacting through the seller's website, no response. In summary, I strongly recommend staying away from this product.
