Pros: Touch screen works well and is easy to navigate. App works great and it's very easy to add photos. Neutral: Screen brightness isn't the best even maxed out and viewing angles are good but not great. Probably about average for a touch screen though. Cons: Doesn't appear to be any way to upload photos from a laptop or desktop. There is a USB port on the back (which, oddly you need to remove the stand to connect to) but after plugging a cable in, it is recognized but no drivers can be found. The site doesn't mention the USB port at all so I assume it's just for programming purposes. Too bad. So: I copied all the photos from a flash drive to my phone. But then when I went to upload them to the frame, it only shows 325 out of 430 photos. The photos show up in the phone just fine but the app doesnt seem to be recognizing all of them. I have as of yet to figure out which ones are missing and why. Last night for the first time, it failed to turn on automatically out of sleep mode, then failed to go into sleep mode. No clue why. Update: I haven't figured out what is special about the photos that don't show up but I did figure out a work around. If the photos are in the default RECENTS album on the iphone (I haven't tried it with Android yet), some photos consistently do not show up in the app. But when I moved them to a new, separate folder, the app showed the photos just fine. So I downloaded all the photos onto the phone, moved them all to the album, then was able to import all of them without issue.

We have this synched to our Family Album app. The pictures look good, and we love that we don't have to manage them. The shuffle feature isn't perfect, we definitely see the same pictures a lot, but they're pictures we love so no real complaints. We just got one for my parents, and I think they'll love it too.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and she’s OBSESSED!! I love that you can invite anyone to it and all they have to do is download the app and they can send their photos. She loves sharing stories about the photos, asking where they came from and I hear from her just about every other day for more questions!! Waiting for a sale so I can get my mom one as well!!

We got this as a gift for our mom and she loves it so much, and I would even go so far as to say it might be her favorite gift she's ever received. She gets so excited whenever new pictures come in. It's super easy to download the app, create an account, and start adding pictures from there; and anyone who has it can add pictures as long as they have the log-in information, it doesn't have to be from only one person's phone. You get set up a timer for how often you want the picture to change, and for when you want it to stop scrolling through pictures for the day. It will pick back up in the morning. My niece also loves it because she loves to see pictures of herself and point out who everyone in each picture is, as you can scroll through them. So it's a great way to show your little pictures and work with them on who is who in your life!

Adjusted this from a 1 star to a 4 star review. The picture frame is very nice and easy to set up - as soon as one actually gets all parts together. The first frame arrived without a stand. The second frame arrived with an out-of-spec power supply and the frame turned black after a few hours (known issue). Loop replaced the power supply fast and for free - so at least the customer service experience was good. Taken together, great frame but their QC could be better. Be prepared to deal with such hick-ups if this is supposed to be a gift.
