My dogs love it, good for tug of war too. Not the most durable but for some reason my dogs don't destroy it, not because they can't but because they handle it different than other toys. They don't feel compelled to gut it like a nice plump hedgehog.

These are one of our favorite toys for small dogs. It floats, and it is easy for a small dog to pick up on land or in the water. As with almost all latex toys, this is not designed for a robust chewer. Do not leave your dog alone with this toy as it does contain stuffing and could easily become a choking hazard. But as long as you are aware of the aspects of the toy, I highly recommend it. I run a dog based business and buy hundreds of dog toys a year. The only thing I disliked about this particular seller is that the listing is for assorted colors. I bought four and all four were the same Prussian blue. I expected a variety of colors. Also, Multipet, if you read any of these reviews, can you please make these in bright colors? Prussian blue is not very vibrant and I would hate to try to find this in the park when I over throw a toy! I have several others that haven't been loved to death, and while they are not Prussian blue, they are not vibrant colors, but instead are various pastel shades. Vibrant is definitely preferred by my clients. But since dogs don't generally care about color, I can still highly recommend this toy! ... show more

I was tempted to give this 5 stars because my dog loves this toy SO much, but it's just not as well made as it used to be. I got one a couple years ago that lasted awhile, but these latest ones seem to get holes so quickly. My dog is not hard on the toys and seems to not want to break it. She uses it as a body pillow and is always laying her head on it with the rest of it between her legs. She loves playing with it and it makes a funny and not annoying noise. I wish the fabric on it was a little thicker, but I'll keep ordering them! ... show more

The moment I gave my dog the Multipet Original Loofa Jumbo Toy, everything changed! My dog loved the toy with the multiple squeakers but it was destroyed in about fifteen minutes. I kept knotting it where a hole was torn so that it lasted a bit longer. It was fun while it lasted!

I add these loofa dog toys to all of my puppy go home packs. The puppies love them and love the squeakers. They don’t hold up great but for a short term toy they are a great option. There is no option to choose color which is fine for me but I’m sure some people would prefer a color option.
