The first item had to be returned due to a zipper put in backwards. the second one is fine .It isn't a very sturdy zipper but i don't plan to use it much. I do like the height for Katie to look out the window. she is 17 pounds and it is study enough for her and large enough that she can lie down. The base strap isnt long enough so I will probably buy and extension for it. I do like it though.

My puppy loves car rides but she would throw up her food if the ride was longer than 1hr. We love to camp and driving far made me feel so bad for her. We got her this elevated car seat and now she’s able to look out the window and see ahead. I also love that the top portion is removable and it’s the bed she uses at camp. The most important thing is that we’re able to remove the padding to wash 👍🏽. PS the storage pockets and storage space on the bottom half is perfect for doggy bags, toys, food, bowls, and wipes.

The padding is thin . Berry cheap microfiber and very thin. I got this because of its depth for a pug puppy to see out side and be contained. I put extra padding in it. Very sturdy although. Nice and tall. Wish had more better quality of padding only complaints

My dog gets carsick. I put him in this so he could see out. I also like the fact that it had a hook to hold him in so he doesn’t crawl on me while driving.

Wow. This was frustraing to zip. To get thing zipped is a nightmare - and the zipper does NOT stay together. TBH, the padding is flimsy, and would never be comfortable for a longer ride. In addition, it does not feel very safe. This will ble going back, and I will just go with what I know works. The Snoozer. Pay a little more and get reliability, and not something held together by a flmisy zipper that does't even stay together.
