I read lots of reviews for this rug before purchasing. We started with one and now own 4 for the house in multiple sizes. Some said it’s not “soft”, it’s definitely a very thin rug but it is soft. It’s not plush which is what I’m guessing some meant. We did not use a rug under mat for any of them as they don’t shift around on us and I don’t mind the less squishy feel of the rug. The media could not be loaded. This rug is perfection!! I was very hesitant to get it from the reviews that said it was too washed out, but I’m so glad I stuck with my gut and purchased it anyways. The colors are earthy yet vibrant, the print is clear and very detailed, the pattern is gorgeousss. It mainly pulls green and salmon with pops of teal and maroon. It’s low pile, which with a walking 1 year old and a dog I think is very necessary. Haven’t had any accidents yet, but from reviews I’ve read it should be very easy to clean. Definitely need a pad to put underneath if you're putting it on hardwood floors. It's thin so it folds up really easily. My kids are constantly making it move even though I bought stickers to stick it to the floor. The colors are pretty but it looks a lot better online that it does in person.
