These don't encircle your ear, so at first, it felt a bit weird, but the design is ingenious. It is built for hours of comfort. Do you wear glasses? No worries.     • Works with Google Voice and Teams!

I tried four other (more expensive) systems to connect with Teams and Google Voice, but they all failed. Not only does this work, it is basically plug-and-play. The sound quality is sharp and clear for voice and music, which is perfect for me. Sound suppression works well. One of my co-workers is very hard of hearing and she is extra loud when she is on the phone or talking to someone else. It does not pick her up well enough to discern the conversation even when she is less than 6' from my desk. Sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to my computer when I change locations but if I reboot, it will connect. That probably has more to do with my crappy work laptop than the headset, but I don't know for sure. I would definitely buy again and recommend for someone else needing this for Teams and/or Google Voice. :-) ... show more

Our team works in a high noise cleanroom environment. Attending Zoom and Teams meetings are a drag, but we do pretty well hearing and speaking with these phones. They work quite well for all of us, whether at home, at our desks or in the lab. They are not too expensive either, and better than cordless in many respects. This is the second headset that I bought - exact make/model. During COVID purchase was amazing. Sound was clean, people commented on how clear I sounded, and I loved that it was connected to Teams. I used them every workday and ended up wearing out the lining on the ear covers, so decided to buy a new set. Second set - quality was downgraded, but fine. I wanted to make it work. Continuously loses connection like not enough power is making it through until it stopped working altogether 2 months after purchase. I have tried plugging in directly into the computer and docking station. Other headphones that I have do not have this same issue so I know it’s not the power source. I loved it…until it became unreliable. Was loving it until about after a month and a half of use the usb-c port started not connecting firmly and was loose. Now it disconnects if the cable moves going into my computer which is detrimental for taking calls. The usb-a adapter, same story. Went thru the process with Logitech directly to do a warranty replacement, but so far unsuccessful. Not too happy- it was too much money to have it fail so soon. ... show more

    • Comfortable and good quality but major flaw

Only complaint is the control attached to the wire for volume, mute, connect and disconnect. The large button is for connect/disconnect and is way too sensitive. If any thing even slightly comes into contact with it (chair arm, elbow, clothing), the call is disconnected. Not a great design.

Sound quality is decent, inline controls are good but the volume buttons could be a little more prominent. Comfort is low. They hurt my ears after about an hour of wearing and soon after that the top of my head (no hair for cushioning).
