  • Permanently-installed wrist rest was a mistake
On the whole I'm pretty happy with this keyboard - the key switches occupy a nice middle ground between terrible membrane keyboards and super-loud clicky mechanical types. These are mechanical switches with decent tactile response, but their noise level is reasonable. Unfortunately the built-in wrist rest makes this thing way too big. I do wish I'd shopped a little more for a keyboard that didn't have this massive thing attached to it. ... show more

  • Working from home - buy this keyboard.
Desktop via USB - Bluetooth to laptop - seamlessly at the touch of a button. It's on the heavy side, but it's not a paperweight. This wireless keyboard is perfect.

  • Works well!
Can connect either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. It’s great because I use the usb receiver on my laptop and Bluetooth for my pc. I don’t need fancy rgb keyboards. I need a functional gaming keyboard and this satisfied my gaming needs. Less wires=better aesthetics.

  • Bought it "Renewed", had to have it replaced, but second one was perfect.
Purchased a second g613, had one at home for my personal gaming rig, and decided to get one for the office. Great choice, love the feel and sound of this while working and/or gaming. the macro buttons are a little awkward in the professional setting as I keep slamming the g1 key expecting escape, but that is solidly a me thing. I would also like to do a mini review of the "renewed" nature under which I ordered. I needed to immediately get a replacement once I received the first one. The keyboard had broken keys (one of which was detached and freely floating in the box. It wasn't just the keycap, the entire switch had been crushed into the body of the keyboard. Having used a 613 for many years in my personal gaming life, i was impressed that this was even possible, as the 613 is built like a tank. Anyway, both the original and the replacement came cleaned to a degree that I didnt know was possible, and even what appeared to be factory cling peel reapplied. All of the accessories are present even batteries. When I requested a replacement, they provided one the very next day by mid-day and then allowed me to casually ship the defective one back later. Overall, there are better keyboards for the money, but I have a fondness for the 613 and am deeply impressed with the customer service on a "renewed" product. Give the Romer-g Switches a chance, you will love the return on them... that is what brings me back to them... Logitech G fanboy rant over. ... show more

  • Solid mechanical keyboard, takes some adjusting to
I recently switched over to this keyboard after the solar-powered Logitech I was using began to give out after 4+ years of use. If you're coming from a compact-style keyboard, this one will take some adjusting to; I keep hitting the row of G keys along the outer edge instead of ESC or tab, as I'm used to going all the way to the edge of the board. Still, out of the box this seems like a nice, no-frills wireless mechanical keyboard. Setup was as easy as plugging in the wireless receiver (a bit irked that it isn't a unifying receiver like my last keyboard and won't pair my mouse as well, but as it's going into a tower, I have enough free USB slots). Sensitivity seems just right, and despite the depth of the keys it's actually a bit easy to hit extra buttons with the edge of your finger. As for the keys themselves, I know a few reviewers have complained that Logitech uses proprietary mechanical switches but they're still quite responsive. However, as others have also mentioned, other than the clacking, there's a very distinctive hollow metal "clanging" noise when typing, most noticeably from the space bar. Obviously this isn't a deal-breaker but it's something to be aware of. Even though this was purchased refurbished it was indistinguishable from a new keyboard. If you're in the market for a barebones mechanical keyboard without LEDs I'd say go for it, just be aware that the palm rest isn't detachable. ... show more

It’s comfortable on the wrist. Colors make it more fun. Lol.

  • Too soon to tell
Just got it. Havent really used. Being a renewed product, it looks brand new and set up was simple. Plugged in dongle and installed batteries (included) and it worked right out of the box. You have to go to Logitech to download software so you can customize however.

  • Great mechanical keyboard that is a little too big
I do a lot of typing for work. The Romer G switches are comparable to Cherry MX Brown switches for noisiness and comfort. My only complaint is that the integrated palm rest makes the keyboard slightly bigger than I prefer. This is my main keyboard, and I've used it for months without a problem. I like having the programmable G keys for macros to speed up work, but after a job change, I don't use them as much. ... show more
