  • Great Sound, Tight Fit
Model name: PRO Gaming Headset
Multiple options for compatibility which is great. Only shoes up in the logitech software when using USB but that's all good. They are a little tight and haven't really loosened up after 6 months

  • Best around 100 dollar headset
Model name: PRO Gaming Headset
Great sound for the price. I have recently tried around 12 headsets to meet my needs. These were the best by a good margin. I tried headsets from stands like Senheiser (the gsp600 which is their highest end non wireless headset. It sounded great but not amazing mix) audio technica, razer, turtle beach, and Philip. These destroyed the turtle beaches (which were the stealth 700 gen 2s which are their highest end headphones)and were reasonably comparable to the razer black shark v2. They still were far better tho in sound comfort build and mic. I also had the kaira pro which supposedly had the same driver from the blackshark but to me sounded far worse. The gsp 600 sounded better for sure but had a much worse mic and are much harder to drive. The audio technica headset was utter garbage. It was the ATH PG1 and wasn’t expansive but even at the 70 dollars was terrible. The mic was awful, and the sound was horrendous. Worse than EarPods included with your iPhone. The Logitech’s were pretty comparable to Philip’s shp 9500. While not quite as good sounding, they were much higher build quality, had a mic included and are a gaming headset. The shp 9500s are directed as budget audiophile headphones but were only slightly better sounding. For gaming these are also fantastic. They have very good positional sound and can easily tell you where enemies are. The mic is very good and the comfort is definitely there. The ear pads are not quite as deep as I’d like but overall can be worn for hours once broken in a bit. Overall these are great. If you need a set of headphones for music and gaming around 100 dollars these are the best mainstream option. ... show more

  • These are good headphones, but not for everyone.
Model name: PRO Gaming Headset
I ultimately had to return these, and I think it mostly has to do with the size of my head. I've literally been using Sennheiser HD 515s for almost 16 years now for computer use/gaming. I've never found anything in a similar price range as my HD515's that even come close to the clarity, loudness, and outright quality of sound that they produce. However, I'm newly a dad, and I am in the market for closed back headphones, which I know will always have a different sound signature than I'm used to. That said, these headphones sounded good. Albeit bassy because of their closed back nature, they still sounded very good for this price range. The build quality was impressive too. Aluminum and premium feeling leather all made this feel like a truly premium product. I probably would have kept using them, if not for my particular problems. I think I have a large head, and misaligned ears. After a night of gaming with these, I noticed that my left ear was in significant pain. It was reminiscent of when an older pair of my headphones needed new pads replaced for being completely dilapidated. When your ears are touching the drivers, it can cause some extreme ear discomfort and even disturbing feeling pain. This is what I got from these. I also had to mostly pull these things out to their maximum length for my head. The paddings need to be thicker frankly, as this is a common issue if you just google it. A lot of people put 3rd party padding on these, but I'm not willing to go through those lengths for a headset I'm not sure is ever going to work for me. If you have a smaller head, then I would go for it and try these, they will probably be great for you. But I think I'm learning my lesson that I just gotta stick with Sennheiser's for my head size. Side note: The Amazon listing for this seems to just be a copy and paste of the G Pro X headset, which is slightly different from the G Pros. You will not get a carrying bag, extra cable, or velour paddings to change out with them - something I was very disappointed in discovering. The Amazon posting really should be more accurate, so watch out for that. ... show more

  • Solid headset for a solid price.
Model name: PRO Gaming Headset
I've had my Logitech G Pro for about 3 years now, and I've had nothing but good times with it. It sounds good, feels comfortable to wear for upwards of 6-10 hours a day, even for me, I wear glasses with this headset, and have zero issues with comfort. In 2021, I did have to replace the earcups as they were getting a little worn, but that was only about 30 bucks to replace I believe. If you buy this headset, and take care of it, it'll serve you well for years at a minimum. ... show more

  • Great While It Lasts
Model name: PRO Gaming Headset
Great headset while it lasts. The plugin jack on the headset went out after about 1.5 years. I used multiple cables to root cause it. I can't recommend based on the lifespan.

  • Misleading pictures
Model name: PRO Gaming Headset
I chose to buy these over the HyperX Clouds because the pictures on the Amazon listing showed that they would come with replaceable earpads, both the leatherette and the velour pads, because I personally cannot stand wearing any headphones with leather pads for more than an hour, and thought it would be fine since I could just switch them out. However these did NOT come with any other earpads in the box (bought brand new so not like someone just took them out and sent the headphones back), even though there was no indication that they wouldn't. As far as the headphones themselves, they sound fine, but do require tweaking the EQ and even downloading custom profiles as out of the box they don't sound very good at all, especially for FPS games. The microphone I've been told is a bit loud and sounds like your typical headset mic, unless you get the Blue voice version but I did not get that one. ... show more
