  • Easy setup, good quality, wide view, met logitech quality expectations
This is a good camera if you want one that's portable, has a light indicator outside the lens cap, has a detachable lens cap, and has about 4 feet of wiring. It is not up to streaming quality but is very decent for virtual meetings. It's a bit of a price jump from the cheapest cameras on the market but maybe because it has a built-in mic. The mic doesn't pick up sound as well as my stand mic so if you're planning on using this as a camera and mic combo, you might have to get used to talking a little louder. There is also a convenient mount port if you don't want it on top of your monitor. If you choose to mount it on your monitor, it's a little annoying because it blocks a portion of the tabs if you're using a web browser (photo). ... show more

  • The reviews said this was the latest and greatest and I can not complain
All the reviews I read on-line said this was the latest and greatest. As described it came in a brown Logitech box versus their standard green, white and black consumer packaging. Honestly I like the brown box. Opened it up, plugged it into a USB extension cord into a USB 3.0 port of my computer running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Windows recognized the C930 correctly, installed the necessary drivers and boom, video using Skype. I downloaded the two programs from the Logitech website - one checks the firmware (it came with the latest version) and another that I can not remember. The webcam does give you a wide view so my wife tightened it up using Skype and left the rest of the settings at default. This is in a room with mixed light (daylight and CFL on desk) and I found the colors to be fairly accurate, maybe a touch blue, Autofocus seemed to function properly, but then it is set up on the desk, I originally had it on the top edge of the monitor. Surprisingly, the mount worked well considering it was a friction fit. I can not say how time would affect the stand's ability to stay tight against the back of the monitor since my wife did not like the view which showed the bookcases on the opposite wall. So now it sits in front of the monitor on a one level stand that the monitor is on. Its is a 27" 16x9 Benq so it was a bit high and my wife likes the image better with the webcam set lower. Audio is acceptable, a bit thin but I am too lazy to break out my Sennhieser lapel mic out and go crazy with the adapters to get the XLR down to mini for plugging into the computer. Plus I need to keep it simple for my wife to use for business. Bottom line the 930e is about $30 more expensive than the C920 but is a year newer model. Is it worth the extra money? I do not know, but it does use the latest H264 video standards and other reviews seem to think so. ... show more

  • Excellent USB Webcam, the best I have ever seen
After trying a lot of camera for my Zoom sessions I finally was able to get the 930e and it blew all the rest away. Excellent picture quality. The camera control software is GREAT. I have two 6000K LED bulbs and set the color to 6000K on the camera control and it matches my skin tone exaxtly. It has pan, tilt, zoom, color balance, auto focus, and color intensity controls. I bought one for my wife and one for my Zoom assistant. Buy this and skip all the lesser models. BTW, DO NOT buy the 930c, it does not have any control program. ... show more

  • A very good wide angle, fast autofocus webcam for the price!
This one is quite sturdy, does at it says. Pros: - Good lens - Fast autofocus - Wide angle detailed view - Stereo mics work as expected and very clear - Very good clip system - Comes with tripod mounting screw holes which is VERY useful - Another great piece is clip on lens cover - USB cable is long enough to move around Cons: - Does not have any downloadable software to take quick video or picture - Can not switch between close view and wide angle, it is always wide by default - Like any other mid range webcam, does not perform too well in low light situation - Two leds on the side is not a good help - The clip just covers the lens, a mic on of micro switch would be helpful in terms of complete privacy. Verdict: This is a VERY GOOD webcam for this price range comparing the pros and cons, it definitely does what it says and after researching and trying out several other webcams, I definitely recommend it. ... show more

  • No fuss camera
Camera excellent, plug and play, just works. Mic acceptable but not as good as I hoped for. Switched back to laptop mic. Great for Teams meetings.

  • Great Camera
This Webcam is everything I could ever need. The Camera has a way to attach to a tripod making videos easier to do. It was easy to install and have up and running.

  • Causes computer to crash
The camera quality was very good and it was easy to position on monitor. Wide angle is nice too. The problem is - it kept crashing my computer causing BSoD (Blue screen of death). Shortly after I got it in October, I noticed my computer would randomly (almost daily) crash in the middle of Microsoft Teams calls. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Dell tech support and Microsoft thinking there was something wrong with my laptop or the Teams installation. After researching I discovered this particular camera has a ot of compatibility issues with windows 10 and that crashing (BSoD) is a known issue. I tried about 10 different “fixes” I found online and on YouTube. None worked. Today my new Dell monitor with built in video arrived and works like a charm. Six hours of Zoom calls and not one crash. It’s way past the refund date for this so will sell it on eBay. ... show more
