The camera has great quality and it’s lasted me the last 3 years it was easy to connect via usb although the audio quality wasn’t the best the video quality was more then enough. I highly recommend using an external microphone as the built in one doesn’t sound the best.

The Logitech C920S Pro HD Webcam is a decent product and about what I expected at the sub-hundred dollar price point. It has worked well thus far (better than some other cheap generic Chinese webcams that I tested). The C920S webcam housing build quality is fine -- standard plastic (although the top is glossy...which is unnecessary and is a fingerprint magnet). The included mounting system is versatile and works as intended. It allows the webcam to be easily mounted on various sizes of computer monitors and TVs. The C920S Pro includes a privacy cover -- a cheap piece of hinged plastic that snaps onto the camera housing. Function over form (i.e. not the most aesthetically pleasing, but it works to block the camera lens). The built-in dual microphones work well to capture stereo audio and I have not received any complaints from others during teleconferences. The "HD" video camera sensor is adequate and can capture 1080p video at 30fps. The lens has a fixed 78° field of view and provides good coverage during video calls. This camera allegedly utilizes Logitech’s "RightLight 2" technology to adjust to the lighting conditions. It appears to work well. I have not noticed any white balancing or contrast issues during low-light situations or when a bright background is present. The only issue I've experienced thus far is with the camera auto-focus. Sometimes, for unknown reasons, the camera refuses to focus correctly when initially turned on. The only way I found to easily rectify the problem is to toggle the camera off-on via the teleconference software (WebEx, Zoom, Teams, etc.). Afterwards, the camera focuses fine. Perfect for these days of working from home when you have video meetings. The blue light to indicate it is on is nice, and the physical shield is tops. The video quality is great, I need all the help I can get to look good in these meetings. I'm often if not always the best quality picture in the video meetings I am in. Plugged in to my Windows 10 laptop and it was found, installed and made available to my video room software. If I had to complain, it would be the mount is a tiny bit larger then the bezel of my monitor, so it covers up some of the title bar of my window. ... show more
