These are not quite long enough for squats. I'm 5'7". Great for deadlifts. Might work for bench of you are focusing on the bottom of the movement. My bench is 18" high so just barely long enough for that. I am still glad I added them to my arsenal.

First off the chains are chains, they do what they are made to do. That being said, the box was destroyed when it arrived but everything seemed fine. The chain/clips do come in a few pounds short but not enough to be more than a minor annoyance. However after two uses, one of the clips broke. The spring that closes the carabiner just snapped and now it will no longer close or stay closed. It still works but for my own safety I am hoping to get replacement clips. Fine in concept but chains are too short to reach the floor for most exercises, so they don’t actually allow the weight to change through the movement because the chain is suspended the whole time.

They fit a 2inch bar perfectly. Weight is good, and so is the length. I’m 5’8” tall. Good length for my bench and my squat. Very happy with these. Really good quality and the chains are nice and thick
