What I like about this product is that it fits perfectly and ot did not roll the mesh is stretchy and very breathable I wore it to work for a 10 hour shift. It was easy to get into. I would make another purchase in the future I highly recommend this waist trainer.

I'm 5'4, 175lbs, I bought the XL but I think I could have gotten away with the large. I like a little more support than what I'm getting with the XL and I'm easily able to connect the 3rd row if hooks. I like that it has adjustable straps that provide some pullback on the shoulders, I have a habit of hunching so this helps. The bodice is a little bit long on me, unfortunately they don't make these in petite. Overall it's pretty good, it cinches and smoothes and is much more breathable than neoprene and less visible under clothing. I might order a large and see how that fits in comparison.

The media could not be loaded. Long story short, I lost over 100 lbs & have some loose skin. I received this yesterday and have been using it since. I do take it off to sleep. For the price this is awesome. I have an apron belly that the outer layer holds in quite nice nicely. I’m not big on compression but this doesn’t feel bad at all. Even took a nap with it on. It provides back support which is a bonus and shapes nicely I think. Used it at the gym and wasn’t overheated or anything. Will continue to use and will keep you updated!

I usually wear Large tops so I sized up and for XL just in case and it was very roomy. Not supportive enough for my liking because I need it to strengthen my lower back. I do not recommend at all. I will be returning this item.

I love this waist trainer! I have some of the traditional waist trainer but this one is my new favorite. I like that the back support isn’t as stiff as the traditional trainer so it’s not digging in my back. The material is nice and smooth. You have the inner corset with hooks but the outer mesh also has hooks and zips up. I ordered an XL I’m 5’3 220 and it fits just right. Can’t wait to wear it for my next workout.

Purchase few months ago loveeeeee the material feels great! I will say the back wires go only half way up so after wearing for a few hrs it stabs my sides. And the inner wrap rolls up always gotta pull it down 7/10
