The people giving this 5 stars do not know what a good waist trainer is. The bones in this are extremely flimsy, it rolls up badly, the straps are right in the armpit and it’s poorly made. It also doesn’t help with posture at all like it says. I’d recommend getting a different one.

I found this product to be comfortable overall. My favorite positive is that it smooths out back fat so that my blouse over it slides against the fabric of the waist trainer and the back fat is not noticeable. I wore it in the loosest setting. My least favorite issue is that it did ride up a little, but I am not sure how it wouldn’t since there is nothing preventing it from doing that. Keep in mind that it has a lot of small hooks in a line. It takes dexterity and patience to get this on properly.
