This waist trainer has some stretch which makes it very comfortable, but at the same time some tightness on the right places & DOES NOT ROLL UP OR DOWN. I posted old pictures from my first purchase to show the difference it makes, once on. I do wish it was a little longer to suit those with a longer torso. First of all I'm very grateful for finding this waist trainer. It's a life saver. It's a great help with my weight loss journey, being that I'm Insulin Resistant, now I'm on medication, diet and fasting. This waist trainer helps to hold my belly fats, love handles intact. Wow!!! I'm Really Amazed by the comfort of this Corset it's unbelievable. I wear it under my Work uniform for more than 6 hours per day. I love the quality, it's strong and supports me very well, gives me good posture too, it really snatches you in without discomfort.
