Does what it is supposed to do. If you are comparing it to a more expensive version by a different brand, they are both equally accurate, but the more expensive one is slightly better machined (mine came with machining marks on the side), and the red anodizing isn’t uniform, but you can hardly tell.     • You’ll never know how much you need this until you have one!
Always thought this might be handy to have but since I got it it’s always in my pocket when I’m in the shop. From squaring a blade on my table saw, making sure the hole I’m drilling freehand is straight and square or even clamping it to a corner to keep 90 degrees while the glue sets up. There are dozens of uses I don’t even think of until I had it. It’s high quality machined aluminum and mine is red so it’s always visible when I lay it on the bench. I bought this about 6 weeks ago and just discovered that it isn’t square. I checked it against 3 other squares and the results were identical. It is already in the trash!!!
