I'm not sure we will continue using this, but I am still giving it four out of five stars. Two things don't work for us: tilt to tray due to thickness of seat behind headrest attachment and shallow, small cup holder. I have included photos so you can see the widest item to fit in the cup holder would be a 1/2 liter or 20-24 ounce water/soda. The weight of a full drink is not sufficient to get the tray to sit level due to the extra thickness of our Toyota Sienna's seat construction. The tilt to the tray means contents on tray would roll towards the seat. The tray is easy to assemble, and the tray can tilt out of the way. However, the tray isn't designed for seats that are as thick as our Toyota Sienna. Otherwise, this is a sturdy tray. It is well constructed. It is very easy to install. The cup holder circumference is actually pretty small - way too small for typical cups.

Since the front headrests on a dodge journey ate not removable you cannot use it for the middle row. It barely fits on the rear headrests to use in the third row.

I purchased this headrest cup holder expecting it to hold a variety of drink containers, as the title suggested. Unfortunately, it does not accommodate cups at all. It can only hold items shown in the photos on the listing page, which is a little misleading. The holder can fit a small water bottle but don't expect it to hold anything larger. On the positive side, it was packed well when I received it, and the container itself is sturdy. The Velcro piece used to attach it to the headrest is secure, and the slit for tissues is a nice feature, provided you can find the right size tissues to fit. Overall, it performs its basic functions but falls short of expectations as a versatile cup holder. If you need a sturdy container for small items and tissues, it does the job. However, if you need an actual cup holder, not so much.

I have been trying off and on since I bought this to get to work in Kia Sportage. It does not sit properly without damaging the headrest. I should be able to return this within a year like in a real store. Not everyone has the time to use or install products as soon they buy them.

This is well made, durable plastic. It connects securely to the back of the car seat. My only complaints are that the cup holder is small. It will hold a 12oz can of soda but nothing bigger around than that. Also, when it's in place, you have to fold the front seat back forward all the way to raise or lower the back seat. So, if you switch between back seats and flat cargo area often, it is annoying, especially with one on the back of each seat as you have to move both forward before you can change the back seat configuration. This one requires you to completely remove the headrest to install it so it's not all that easy to just take it on and off.

The abs material seems sturdy but the connection between the two pieces doesn't really inspire confidence in me. It came with no instructions so I had to refer back to the pictures on its listing page. Even then it took some fiddling around to figure out how the pieces fit. The other potential problem could be the moving part that allows the tray to sit up or drop downward. It seems to work well enough but only time will tell if it holds up to normal wear and tear especially if bearing the weight of a beverage and a tablet or phone.
