The instructions are clear, no missing parts, no damaged parts. I did use an electric screwdriver and a ratcheting wrench, it helped speed the process up a little. My kids love this! ... show more

    • Terrible product and customer service
I only gave it 2 stars because nobody reads 1 star reviews. Deserves 0 stars honestly, I put the entire trampoline together just to realize the net was not right, it was missing two of the top straps and also missing one of the harnesses to attach the strap to the pole for the net. I had to rig it together because when I contacted customer service they said they can’t replace the net and I would have to take apart the entire thing get it back in the boxes and ship it back to them. Amazon has been getting worse and worse with customer service and deliveries taking forever or just getting lost in transit. Very cheap material overall and too many of certain hardware and not enough of other hardware. Would be worth maybe 50 but 400 for this product is a joke, as is the product itself. ... show more

    • Not worth it for swing and trampoline
The trampoline part is great. The swing part isn't worth the extra cost. The side of the swing that connects with the trampoline is strong but the other side isn't strong at all. If you have more than one person swinging it will tip up. Nothing to hold it down. The poles aren't strong at all either. My husband said we should have just gotten the trampoline and saved some money. ... show more

Instructions are weird but you figure it out lol husband assemble in the rain in a few hours definitely will need to anchor the a frame part of the swing but other than that it was a great purchase the kiddos love it!!

I like that it's seems safe and sturdy. However, the instructions are not that great and it takes a lot of finagaling to get assembling right. The frisbee net is useless, as are the anchor stakes.

    • I need a refund
The parts were not in the box. The slide did not come the screws. I had to go buy other parts kind of make it work.
