I don't know if it's easy to assemble, if it looks like the one shown in the photos, if it's pretty or ugly, if the materials are good or bad, because as I told you, I haven't received it, even though I ordered it more than 2 weeks ago. Here's how it goes: I ordered the bed frame and of course Amazon immediately charged my credit card, with the promise of delivering it on a certain date. When the date arrives, I check my Amazon account where I am notified that the product has already been delivered. Immediately after that, I call Amazon customer service where they explain to me that I have to wait 48 hours, since the bed frame is delivered by a third party, in this case FeDex. I have to wait 48 hours for something that I paid for immediately, but I accept, I assume that that is the process. Even so, I entered the FedEx page with the tracking number where I see the proof of delivery photo of my bed frame taken at the wrong door, in the wrong complex, I call FedEx and they tell me that I have to wait for them to start the investigation, I have to wait for a shipment that they also charged for immediately. As of today, the manufacturer has responded to me that in 2 or 3 days the replacement of my bed frame will arrive, I have to wait 2 or 3 days for something that I pay for immediately, I hope that at least the bed frame is what I expected.

Saw the social media buzz on LIV watches and did some research on the company and their watches and pulled the trigger. I wanted a solid build made of great materials, I wanted Swiss built movement, I wanted a large face and a watch that would get noticed for its style and look, had to have a sapphire crystal face…got it all for under $600! The watch is beautiful and everything I hoped for, the packaging was perfect, the customer service is excellent and the five year warranty and wide selection of other options to choose from made me a LIV guy for life.
