One of my stones came a little damaged, unfortunately, with chipped off pieces. I'm writing this review mainly to just highlight that this seller has AMAZING customer service. I reported the damage, they asked me for photos (totally fair) then immediately shipped out an entire replacement set. They also did not require me to send back the original set, which made things far easier for me as a customer. No return slips to print, and nothing I had to hassle with as far as shipping the original order back. As far as the actual product: it's as described, seems to be good quality, and was well packaged in a nice carrying case with additional padding (I suspect in my case the stone was chipped before being shipped out).

All these things that offer "ebook" are bs. I didn't receive any ebook about this... I don't like e-books anyway, I want a litter paper book that has actual instructions! Its a RIPOFF for them to say "ebook" and they have absolutely no "e-book" or anything... I have to say the "stone gua sha tools" are very nice. I like them and will keep, but the seller say "Ebook" on how to use and WHERE is it? I think the consumer SHOULD get a choice between ebook or hard copy or BOTH~ I want to have a hard copy for my records or in case I forget. I pretty much know how to us gua sha but many peeps do not know! And there should be instructions.

Excellent ston material cold to touch or toss in hot tap water to give soothing heat for a bit. Perfectly eases tense muscles. Recommended to get a set by my chiropractor and I am so happy I chose these well-crafted tools! Edges are smooth feeling on skin, too! I highly recommend these for anyone with muscle tension in any muscle or muscle group!

1. Giftable: they come in a zipped canvas bag, that has 4 compartments (fit for each tool). 2. Great variety: there are two tools mostly used for facial gua sha (plus a third less commonly used one) but all 4 can be used on the body as well - I personally love the "triangular" one for legs/calves/arms/body. 3. Easy to hold. So to be clear; there are NO HOLES in these tools even though it may look like it. But they are still easy to hold. 4. I have high cheek bones and have thinned out in the face with age - I found that these work/fit/feel better on my face than other standard quartz or jade stone tools. (something to note). 5. HIGH QUALITY! These stone pieces are well made. I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship. Minor CONS: 6. With these, I feel like you need to keep your skin more often slippery/wet than with other standard quartz or jade pieces... On that note: I do not use more product (high molecular density hyaluronic acid) with these, and just run the tap on low and add more water. 7. The "promised digital book" is no longer supported or available... On that note: remember this: do not use the edges (perpendicularly on your skin), angle the tools! Never use on dry skin - these need to glide at all times! For most applications (especially on and around the face) draw the tool UP! - the WHOLE point, aside from lymph draining, is to "defy gravity" ;) Over all - I love these. BUY THEM. THEY ARE GREAT.
