I've put a ton of things together and this one was most definitely a pain. A ton of peices and parts. The parts aren't even labeled it's kind of like a guessing game. There isn't clear direction on which way the brackets go other then matching where the holes are on the directions and again guessing. One out of every 10 holes/screws ends up stripped even when being carful causing some integrity issues. But other then that I got it assembled. Put aside atleast 2-3 hours for assembly minimum. Despite all of the bad reviews, I went ahead and ordered this dresser because as soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it. I thought the color scheme and the size of it would be perfect for my son’s nursery. I searched for months looking for something similar but didn’t find anything I truly liked so I went ahead and bought it. It’s absolutely adorable, I will admit that but for $180, I’m sure you can find another dresser that is much sturdier, so much easier to assemble, and one that will last you much longer than this one will. So let me start off by saying the box it came in was EXTREMELY heavy. Feeling how heavy it was I was thinking to myself ‘okay, it’s heavy. Hopefully it’s of decent quality.’ I was wrong. I FINALLY finished putting it together and it is SO FLIMSY. Next, upon taking everything out of the box, I saw majority of the pieces came chipped and/or scratched or easily chipped during the assembly process. The directions aren’t very clear nor are they easy to read. Then, as I’m attempting to put the drawers together, I realize I don’t have all of the parts. All three of the bottom of the drawers weren’t inside the box it came in. ALSO, I received a side of a drawer with no predrilled holes. I get onto the manufacture’s website, I fill out and the submit a request for the three drawer bottoms and the side of the drawer that didn’t have the holes. Once I submitted it, they said I’d receive an email with a tracking link once it had shipped. Well literally two weeks went by and I had yet to receive an email. So I called the manufacturer and to my surprise they said they NEVER received my request for the parts. Oh my goodness. Here I am, almost nine months pregnant and boy I was livid. The woman whom I had spoken to was understanding and helpful and had gotten my order placed. It took a little over a week to receive the parts. So all in all, it took me close to a month to put together. Finally finishing the dresser, after all that time and frustration, I’m not happy with it. The drawers get stuck and don’t close all the way. They don’t line up with the sides of the dresser so it looks extremely uneven. The dresser itself is literally crooked. I could push on it and it’d probably fall over. It may have been my assembly skills but this dresser is such poor quality, I doubt it was my fault. On the other hand, I love the colors and they do send two different styles of knobs you can choose from which is neat. If you’re thinking about getting this, just don’t. ... show more

I saw fairly mixed reviews. It took a long time for my husband to assemble and he frequently has done plenty of ikea furniture assembly. It took a similar time yet is not as good of quality. The top drawer doesn’t go in easily and we may replace the wheel/roller system for the drawer. We got this for my toddler and kept a Delta children’s dresser with changing table for our second child. The delta children’s is far superior as it is made of wood and this is not. Since we have it assembled and like the aesthetic of the coloring we won’t return it but i would probably go with another one and pay a little more for a higher quality product. My daughter I want to be able to open her drawers for herself when she gets big enough to dress herself and she has trouble closing them. It’s just not a smooth closure. ... show more

I’m not sure why some of the reviews were so bad… Aside from the fact that you do have to put it together yourself they’re sturdy & look cute! I’m a middle aged female & put 2 together by myself, all I had to do was follow the directions. I know I would’ve done a better job had I had a power drill & a hammer but even with making do with my few screwdrivers, I’d say I did a pretty good job! Once I do finally invest in a power drill or get married to a handy man lol, I’ll go back over what I think could’ve been screwed tighter. All in all great dressers & I feel bad for anyone that received damaged items/ were missing pieces…I’m glad I didn’t let the reviews discourage me. ... show more

I searched for a dresser to add to my daughter’s pink, white and grey bedroom. This dresser was a must have! It was fairly easy to build by following instructions HOWEVER, I hit a stalemate when I was putting the drawers together as one of the drawer side didn’t have predrilled holes 🤦🏾♀️. I tried to make some myself but eventually had to wait to have a new part with holes shipped out! Part came within 3 days; finished the dresser this morning now on to the next project! ... show more

I love this dresser for my daughter's room. Build it easily as I tend to build all our furniture, directions were easy to follow. The only con was the wheel system on the drawers themselves is the worst. They don't slide in easily or smoothly. I kept it because once I build something I tend to keep it I hate the hassle of breaking something down. I do love it color and size over all. But due to the drawers issue I won't give it all 5 stars. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it. I might have to replace the part myself later. ... show more

Giving it a 4-star only because one drawer came in damaged and I can’t uncouple and return. Overall, Pretty after assembly. Easy to assemble, follow instructions carefully.! Somewhat sturdy too.

I purchased 2 of these and each one had different fitment issues. The first unit had a piece that had its holes drilled at 45deg angles in the wrong spot. The holes should have been at 90 deg. I had to measure and put it on the drillpress and drill the correct holes in the right spot. I did not have to do this on the 2nd unit because the holes were drilled properly. There were also a few misalignment issues that were different between the 2 units as well. If you are someone who struggles to put things together, then you better hope you get a good one. If you are handy, then the issues that I encountered are annoying, but fixable. Overall the units are very heavy and sturdy. My twin girls love them and you really can't beat the price. ... show more
