I am impressed as hell with these. They are really thick and far warmer than I expected. Winter here is pretty mild, like 30-45 degrees Fahrenheit. These, to me, were way too warm for my area outside. Man , do they hold in the heat! I bet if I lived in the artic, they'd be good. Or, maybe if you just stand around doing nothing at all! HOWEVER, these Little Donkey thermals I will never willingly give up. They are super soft, comfortable, fit great and keep me the perfect temperature inside my house.
