The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best purchases that I have made in a long time. I was looking for a decorative tree for one of the rooms in my house to add ambiance and a warm inviting glow. I was pleasantly surprise and how much charm and how many compliments I get on this birch tree. It is 4 feet high and the branches are moldable to any shape you would like. The bark on the tree is matte finish waterproof tape that resembles the real look of a birch tree. At the bottom of the trunk there is a sturdy plastic base with holes in each corner for staking it into the ground or screwing the tree down securely to wood or another structure if desired. I purchase a beautiful tree skirt to go with it and really adds a pop of color and makes the room warm and inviting. I highly recommend this decorative tree! See my video below! Happy customer!

I liked the tree very much however I wanted to love it not just like it. PROS: 1. Beautiful colors and distribution of branches and needles. Looks very realistic. 2. Very easy to assemble and comes in a nice compact packaging box that's sturdy and easy to store away. 3. Lights are very well distributed and not overpowering. The color is warm and cozy. 4. Height is great for what I wanted and I love the versatility of being able to place it outdoors as it comes with pins to hold it in place. The bottom is a beautiful plate that looks like roots which has 4 holes for the pins if you want an exterior application. 5. The wire is long enough and same color as the tree trunk very easy to conceal. CONS: 1. There's no On/Off switch on the cable or tree leaving you with the only option to unplug the tree each night versus a click of a button. Hence there could be a remote control option I'm sure for a bit of an amount more this can be easily done. 2. The branches are flexible but at the joint with the trunk they're basically kept in place by this tape that wraps around the branches and trunk - brown colored - in adjusting one of these branches the tape tore a bit on one side now I have a looser branch that I don't think will hold up the constant bending when putting it away then set it up for future Christmases. This can be thought of a bit better abs find a solution for this problem so that we don't find ourselves in the predicament of having to buy another in a couple of years. I wanted this tree to be a good investment and pay itself back with future usebut I'm weary based on what I observed so far. 3. When assembling it at one of the connectors - it comes in 3 pieces that have to attach by screwing them together. It makes it super hard as you're getting to the last rotations and mine still reveals a bit of the white plastic so I had to use a marker to cover it. OVERALL: I like the tree, i think it was a good purchase, the price was ok and looks stunning decorated for Christmas but leaves room for improvement. I will keep it because generally it's a very nice realustic looking tree with beautiful lighting but I'm not 100% satisfied. Only 4 stars from me.

Purchased: 6 foot birch tree We've always had a real tree for the holidays, but it's getting to be too much. I've never cared for artificial evergreen trees - they don't smell good, which is half the point, and they never look right either. I thought I'd try this as an alternative, and have been pleasantly surprised by how pretty it is and how seasonally appropriate it feels, for our Hanukkah/Christmas/Winter Solstice holiday home. I'm thinking it might look good with some added decorations, like a string of blue mini lights, or some small ornaments or snowflakes, but my beloved feels that would be going a bit overboard. Maybe next year. Meanwhile, I'm very happy: I got a good deal, the tree is easy to assemble & adjust, light enough to handle easily by myself, and yet definitely sturdy enough to support some ornaments. Best of all, the cat finds it totally uninteresting! Happy Winter, everyone!

This tree is realistic and is of excellent quality. The trees specifications were exactly what was described. The white electrical cord is perfect against my baseboard. The Tiny lights are perfectly spaced and offer the exact amount of light I desired in my sitting room, with no other lights on. The packaging was protective and of high quality. I highly recommend this tree and the company who manufactured it.

Originally purchased for a Charlie Brown Christmas tree, but branches didn’t seem strong enough to hold anything. So moved it to a planter and made it a year round decorative tree that lights up (timer). Many compliments on it.

I loved the tree when it worked, but it burnt out within 6 months! I reached out to customer service to see what could be done, and they said the warranty period ended and no replacement parts or anything would be given. However, they could give me a 20% coupon to buy another tree! That 20% coupon was for two days only, and I wasn't able to use the coupon in time to buy another product. Needless to say, this was an extremely disappointing purchase! Would not recommend spending the $100 bucks for this tree. Edit: Customer service got in touch and offered a new adaptor and a 40% off coupon that will expire in December. I amended my initial review to three stars due to good customer service. Edit 2: Unfortunately the new adaptor did not fix the issue and the tree still won't light, but the company has given me a $30 refund for the tree. Customer service has been great about trying to fix the issue. I am still giving three stars since the tree stopped working within 6 months, but customer service has been very accommodating and is willing to assist if there are any issues.
