Very thick so you may need to add some water to get it down. If not you feel the need to chew it. The cherry is not horrible, better than other products I have tried. It is a bit sweet but 1oz makes it so much easier to get protein in. Leave it at room temperature as it gets even thicker when cold!

I got the cherry flavor. I love Cherry everything! To get such an important supplement in a small quantity sounded great! I don’t know how people say this tastes good though. I use a liquid protein supplement in my milk for cereal breakfast. This cherry flavor is overwhelming. Even at half the dosage it drowns out everything else in 6 ounces of milk. Not for me.
