I love this product and it has changed my life, this product is very healthy and it's very hydrating, it easy to dissolve and you can take with you very portable. It costs but will work the cost. It has helped keep me hydrated and it has helped me with migraines , headaches and nausea that go along with migraines I have to get Botox and I take meds 💊 to help prevent them but this has helped me so much that I don't have to take the medicine 💊 as much it has kept me hydrated and I love ❤️ the flavor and it's mixable and it helps me drink more water even though I was already drinking water and I was still thirsty this quenchs your thrist. Decent hydration and tastes ok

Great hydration, better than Gatorade I think. It disolves well in a bottle. Either dump it in then add water or dump into a filled bottle. Just shake it really well! The watermelon, one pack in a 24oz sippy bottle, tastes like fresh, but not completely totally ripe watermelon. It reminds me of a watermelon piece that is close to the white rind than the super sweet pink part. Or a yellow watermelon. Not to say it’s bad, it’s just not like a juicy sweet piece of watermelon. Excellent but the taste….

This is an amazing source of daily hydration and energy! I’m no expert on health but I can tell you based on experience after using this for a week I feel more hydrated than ever, less fatigue, less heat exhaustion and most of all more motivated. Miracle mix? I don’t know about that but I can tell you it’s making an impact on my health. The flavor? Well I’d say it doesn’t favor watermelon maybe a watermelon that has been sitting on the counter a couple hours coated in sugar. The best way I can explain it is it doesn’t taste medicinal but it doesn’t have a pleasant taste either it comes off strong, sour, sweet and bitter all at once. If you could get past the flavor then you can definitely enjoy the benefits this mix has for you. Use of the product. It comes nicely sealed, and I love the ease of use there are individually packaged units that mixes with 16-32 ounces of water I use a 30 ounce tumbler. I should note if you use a tumbler like I do it’s best to have a way to shake this mix up because it can be grainy when you get to the end of your drink. Overall I would say this product has the potential to be life changing I just started taking AG1 so hopefully that combined with this I’ll feel like a new man! I had a lot of confusion and indecision while choosing my Liquid IV flavors. I'll leave the other aspects of this drink to other reviewers, I'll just briefly state that I love how portable, easy to use, soluble, and electrolytish Liquid IV is. But as for the flavors, here is my rundown, in case anyone finds it helpful. This is of course going to be subjective, but I would have really appreciated more information from reviewers about the differences between the flavors when I was selecting my purchases! Pear and Passion Fruit are incredible. Pear is a personal favorite flavor of mine (Juicy Pear is my favorite Jelly Belly flavor). If you like pears and pear-flavored things, this will not disappoint. Passion Fruit was a surprise for me. I wasn't even sure I liked passion fruit. But it is absolutely delicious, mild, and sweet. It also tends to fare well on internet blog flavor rankings. S tier. Mango is also excellent, it just doesn't have that *je ne sais quoi* that Pear and Passion Fruit possess. It also seems to be a favorite online. A tier. The Tangerine is very, very nice. It tastes more like a fresh cutie from the produce section than an orange-flavored thing, which is awesome. I will say it's not as strong as I would have liked it, so I mix this one with less water than the others. That fixes the issue for me. B tier. Also in B tier is the Seaberry (which I'm not sure is for sale on this listing, but can be found through the manufacture's website) and the Tropical Punch. I used to absolutely love Seaberry and Tropical Punch, but since tasting the Passion Fruit and Mango, I don't so much go for them anymore. The Yuzu Pineapple is better than anything listed hereafter, but it was disappointing for me. I tend to love that flavor profile, so I was surprised. Same with the Golden Cherry. These are C tier. The Arctic Raspberry is drinkable, I guess. I've heard many people describe it like a blue raspberry flavor. I am usually a blue raspberry fan, but I'm not here for this. The Acai Berry is also drinkable but not great (or even, in my opinion, good). D tier. Folks tend to love the Firecracker Popsicle flavor, but I found it lacking to gross, depending upon the amount of water I used. I also didn't love the Lemon Lime or Watermelon, despite these being some of my favorite flavors for other products. F tier. Concord Grape is downright awful. I usually really like grape flavor (like in soda and candy), but something seems deeply wrong with this one. Z tier. I have not tried the Cotton Candy, Guava, Strawberry, Strawberry Lemonade, Grapefruit, or Blackberry Peach and therefore will not be commenting on them. Overall, I very highly recommend the Pear, Passion Fruit, and Mango. I recommend Seaberry, Tropical Punch, and Tangerine (but I suggest you mix Tangerine with less water). It's worth trying the Yuzu Pineapple and Golden Cherry. You might love them. If you are really excited about them, it could be worth a shot to try the Arctic Raspberry and the Acai Berry.
