I take medication that causes dehydration, so staying properly hydrated is a real challenge for me. The problem is… I’m one of those people who just cannot stand drinking plain water. I need flavor—something that makes sipping water actually enjoyable. I’ve tried just about everything: Propel, Gatorade, and a bunch of other so-called electrolyte waters. None of them worked for me. Either the taste was off, they were too sugary, or they didn’t seem to make a difference at all. Then I found these. I’ve only been using them for two days and I can already feel a HUGE difference. My body feels more hydrated, I wake up with less grogginess and fewer body aches, and overall, I just feel better. It’s honestly kind of shocking how fast they worked. I’m also a bit of a tumbler hoarder—guilty! I usually use my Venti Starbucks plastic tumbler, fill it nearly to the brim with ice water, and pour one packet in. Quick tip: make sure to stir it well. The first time I just swirled it around and ended up sucking up a bunch of dry powder clumps—bleh. Now I use a butter knife to stir it thoroughly and it dissolves perfectly. I bought the strawberry flavor, and let me just say—it’s so good. It’s sweet, but not overpowering. Sometimes, if I want an extra kick of flavor, I’ll mix in a tiny bit of a sugar-free strawberry lemonade packet. Chef’s kiss. It's like a mini mocktail that actually hydrates you. Now, let me tell you what sold me on these for good. I work in the shipping industry and spend a lot of time in the warehouse. I live in South Carolina, where the heat and humidity can be brutal, especially in buildings with poor ventilation. About a week ago, I was in the warehouse for six straight hours. I was sweating nonstop, got overheated, and felt like I was going to pass out. My head was pounding, I was nauseous, my hands were shaky—it was bad. One of my coworkers handed me a packet of the lemon lime flavor from this same brand. I mixed it up and drank it down, and within 30 minutes, all my symptoms were gone. Not even exaggerating. That moment right there convinced me to order them for myself. Honestly, everyone should have these on hand. This stuff is the bomb-diggity. If you toss in a Vitamin C tablet too—BOOM! You’ve got yourself a delicious, hydrating, vitamin-packed drink. So refreshing, especially with extra ice. The flavor is amazing—if you like strawberry drinks, you’ll love this. It turns a boring bottle of water into something you actually look forward to drinking. If it’s a little too sweet for your taste, just dilute it with more water or try the sugar-free version. I like that it’s easy to adjust the flavor to your liking. It’s also gentle on the stomach, which is a huge plus—unlike some of the sugary sports drinks out there that feel heavy or cause stomach upset. Bonus: I’m also a runner, and I struggle with severe leg cramps at night. I’ve been trying to get more electrolytes into my daily routine, and these have definitely helped. The only downside for me is that this version has a bit more sugar than I’d like. I don’t love stevia (so I avoid the zero-sugar kind), but I usually just use half a packet to keep the sugar lower. It still tastes great and works just as well. Final verdict: BUY THEM. All the flavors are great. Super effective, tasty, and customizable. I genuinely feel better since I started using these.

Great taste, great benefits. Just an overall well-made product. I love taking these with me while golfing or participating in any kind of outdoor activity. They help to keep you hydrated and your body full of electrolytes, so you are able to continue to perform at the level you expect. My whole family loves these! Just add to a bottle of water, shake it up, and enjoy. It mixes so easily, so there is never any leftover particles when you drink it. These are also great for when you are sick, or hungover. They restore hydration quickly, and taste great!

Flavor Name: Strawberry Lemonade
The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. I was kinda shocked by how much better I felt afterward. This is the first electrolyte drink I’ve tried that actually makes a noticeable difference. I assume it’s the balance of vitamins and sodium. Liquid IV says the sugar is what helps get vitamins into your bloodstream more effectively. Now I keep these on hand all the time, especially in the winter, when I wake up feeling dry and sluggish first thing in the morning. I have one every day or every other day. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. Price-wise, it was the same ordering from Amazon as from the Liquid I.V. website. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that really helps with hydration. not just flavored water. High quality, high functionality, and actually works.

I buy this oral iv therapy because I have the worst IBS and have had it for 4 years every single day. Many times I end up needing to go to the emergency room because I get so dehydrated. But ever since I found this product, I have found that I can hydrate myself easily at home with less visits to the emergency rooms unless I find myself in too much pain or falling behind in my hydration. But this oral iv hydration has been a life saver. I mix one packet with a bottle of 8 oz of water and mix well. I drink it slowly but drink over an hour or hour and a half. Sometimes I may need two. It dissolves very easily and it doesn’t taste gritty. The strawberry flavor is very tasty. I haven’t tasted the other flavors because my stomach is very sensitive but there are so many flavors to choose from. My daughter who has celiac disease also drinks this when her stomach acts up and she tolerates it well. I find it better than Gatorade or the other drinks that some of the hospitals recommend when they tell you to hydrate. I tell them all the time that I don’t tolerate the sugars in those drinks and it makes my IBS worse. I don’t have that problem with this oral rehydration drink. No fake sugars or any sugar at all but still tasty. It has all the electrolytes you need for replacement. It also has some vitamins in it too. I find the value to be cheaper here on amazon than in the drugstores because the bag comes with more packets per bag at a cheaper price. I usually buy three bags at a time and I have them on auto delivery because I use them every day. I even make some when I have to leave the house to go to the doctors office instead of plain water because like I said my IBS acts up every day and trying to avoid a trip to the emergency room or even an admission. I highly recommend these even if you have sudden tummy troubles or the flu or just need to hydrate on a hot day.
