    • A game changer for those with difficult veins

I have several chronic illnesses which means I have to get a lot of regular blood work as well as infusions every 4-6 weeks. I have tiny rolly Polly veins with a lot of scar tissue from IVs and picc lines etc and often get poked 7-8 times before we get a good spot. A nurse suggested I try these packets to see if it could help me &….IT WORKED! The nurse was able to stick me ONCE and get my iv going, that hasn’t happened in almost a decade. Just to share what I did, I start prepping two days before an infusion/blood work. I pour one packet into my 46oz water bottle, I do this twice a day both days. The morning of my infusion I drank a packet and a half in my 46 oz bottle. (I also limit my caffeine). I’ve tried several of the flavors and liked all of them! Pleasantly surprised by the taste! It's like a more mellow gatorade (and a lot less sugar too!). I can be sensitive when it comes to sugar... It is actually a bit too sweet for me. It's supposed to be added to 16 oz of water, but I add it to a 20ish oz water bottle. Yeah that dilutes it (not as "efficient" I guess?). But that's the only way I can actually drink it lol. Haven't tried traveling with it, but the little packets of powder seem pretty convenient. Pair that with an empty water bottle and there ya go! Only issue for me is I need the water VERY cold for the taste to be good. This works fine at home: I prep it... put it in the fridge for a bit... and then sip on it when I get that thirsty "water isn't enough" dehydrated feeling :) But for traveling, seems a little more tricky... It would work if I was staying somewhere with a fridge. Or if I was on the road, I'd imagine I could easily buy cold bottled water and add it to that. Not perfect, but I think it would work fine enough :) Overall, I'd recommend it! One star off for the minor issues. Note: The flavor I tried was passionfruit. ... show more

I truly feel that I drink a lot more water when I use those as supposed to regular water. I can taste it. Always. Monk fruit, Xylitol, Saccharine, Sucralose. No matter what they call it, I can taste fake sugar immediately. And it tastes gross. I would rather drink one real coke with real sugar a year than drink 100 diet cokes a month. I was hoping that since this is combined with real sugar...maybe I wouldn't taste it. Nope, It's still there. The flavor would be good otherwise. I have instead moved on to a time released electrolyte tablet. I'm trying to avoid those "hangovers" that I get after a day in the sun/heat. I'm not an athlete...just a mom who needs to stay sharp regardless of the temperature outside. ... show more

I happily can say that I’ve come across absolutely NO dislikes whatsoever- My experience the day it was 1st delivered- I was completely 110% going through dehydration and all of the negative side effects (due sadly to nothing other than my own fault and my own doing alone, I must admit embarrassingly)- but nonetheless as soon as I drank two 16 oz. water bottles with one packet Individually inside each of the bottles, as advised in the directions, and my pee color went from an unhealthy dark color to completely clear. Very Sorry if that’s TMI but I hope we all can be adults here, (hope). Too much info or not but regardless this product helped me and can work wonders. This was my experience, and if your also currently/frequently somebody who finds it somewhat difficult for whatever reason to stay properly hydrated each day then I highly recommended you buy these right now and get to experience for yourself the pleasant results.
