We love using these when we need a boost in hydration. They're helpful for the day after going out, travel, or if you're sick. We love having them on hand for whenever we need them. They're super easy to store and very easy to use. You just empty the packet into a glass of water, mix, and drink.

I live in South Louisiana. And it is HOT and humid! We start sweating at 8:00am. I have tried all of the popular sports drinks to try and re-hydrate but nothing comes close to Liquid IV! My husband and I really love these liquid IV! We normally buy them from Costco, but lately the lime flavor hasn’t been available. So this was a great surprise to find them on Amazon. The price was a bit much so this is only a one time thing. They are great for hydration and energy boost.

I thought I was ordering the 3-pack of 16 units. I did receive 48 individual liquid IV packs but they were all packaged in a bubble mailer without the original bulk packaging. I find that strange. Just know that the original packaging is missing and you will end up with an envelope of tubes!
