It does not flake, is fluid enough to apply without creases on my mature eyes, And remains waterproof until I remove it with make up remover wipes. This is a great product as it is gentle on your eyes, the applicator tip is a soft foam, so there are no brush bristles that will splay out overtime. I have used this eyeliner for years it’s my favorite one. But I’ve purchased this twice in the last month because the first one I received was completely dried and nothing came out. The second one came and it seems like none of the product is coming out of it. I really like this eyeliner and it has a unique applicator but it’s waterproof. I wish they made it in a non waterproof version as it tends to stain the washcloth unless I take the time to do a little extra scrubbing before throwing them in the washer.

If you think applying eyeliner with a toothpick sounds good, this is the product for you. I found the tip rough and sharp and very uncomfortable. I'm 40 and have tender sensitive skin, and felt scratched up by the tip of the applicator and found it impossible to get a clean line. I'd have to go back with a brush to smooth stuff out.
