My old control board must have been failing for quite some time. The buttons for my Lippert jack controller in my 2015 Dutchman Voltage 3305 were difficult to press, and sometimes unresponsive. recently the LCD screen stopped displaying information. This solved all of my above issues

My lipert control buttons weren't working but the Jack's would auto level jus fine couldn't use retract or select a jack. Simply unplugged. Plugged in new panel and snapped into place everything works great now.

    • Lippert control panel resolved the issue!
The Lippert hydraulic leveling system on our 2016 Montana 3721RL Legacy fifth wheel stopped working at the most inconvenient time, - we had been on a camping trip and was now ready to return home - I couldn’t raise the six point hydraulic leveling legs and had to override the system to be able to load the RV and return home - this was quite an experience! Once we return home I started looking into this issue and discovered from several online forums that this is somewhat a common issue and the fix was to replace LCI Lippert control board panel. I immediately ordered the new replacement part which was somewhat different in appearance from the original. After confirming with Lippert Customer Service that this was the correct item I proceeded to install it - this process was straightforward and fairly easy.     • Replaced older version with this.
Product shipped fast, it was a direct plug in for the older version that I had. I had to use the new outside housing with the new touchpad as the older version didn't have slots on the side edges to allow for the nubs on the side of the new touchpad to snap in. Easy install. The older version I had there were 4 buttons on the left side, the new one there are only 3 with the "Retract" button moved to a different location. Everything works now with the exception of me getting a message when turning on and pressing "Left" and "Right" to retract to hookup position. I'm not sure if this will be resolved when I retract everything, hook up, drop and re-deploy, but so far having every button working is much better than I had before. Originally I had problems with nothing working in manual mode, and inconsistent response when pushing the "Front" to raise and/or retract landing gear. Auto Level worked fine, it would just be hard to get it to return to hookup position again.
