This one was a Breeze. So easy to bolt on, hook up and use. Just 3 bolts and one wire to hook to power on your battery and we were off and running. Nice light on the front and bright enough to see what we were doing. Nice to have electric and not my manual crank. This one is not real fast going up and down but for us it works great. My camper trailer that I put it on is 27 feet long. I did put the wheel on before I bolted it down. Directions say to do it after, but in my case was not feasible to do.

I went to my camper this spring only to find that my smart Jack was defective. I could not get it to work at all. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a new one cuz I keep the camper at a site and I don't move it. So as a result, I only use the power Jack to level the camper once every season. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and I was really fortunate that prime savings was going on. So I found this. Kohee brand and it was really a lot less money than others. I said what the heck. I'll take a chance on it. There was a little problem in the delivery and Amazon had to send me another one cuz for some reason they couldn't deliver the first one. That wasn't a fault of the company. It was a fault of Amazon system. The package arrived last night so today I decided to install it. The directions are very simple but the installation is very simple. Also. I had no problem installing this. Jack. I tried it out and I had no problem with it. It goes up it goes down. It has a light and it has an on and off button. So I was successful in its installation and I'm happy I bought this particular one. I like the idea that there's also a weatherproof bag or covering that comes with it. So I don't have a long track record with it. But I can tell you right now that if I had to I would buy this one again.

The gears on my lippert jack got destroyed (didn't have the jack up high enough when backing out) a few days before we left for a camping trip. In panic mode, i tried to look for a well reviewed replacement that would arrive in time to swap it. The lippert was available (had the best reviews also) but if the shipping time was delayed then i'd be sunk. This one was going to arrive the next day, so i figured i'd give it a shot. Installation went really easily but with a few quirks. Firstly, as others mentioned, i needed to install it 90deg rotated so that it would clear my propane tank covers. Not the end of the world, and ultimately a plus.....my tundra's tailgate wouldn't go all the way down because it would hit the lippert jack, now it clears it. Secondly, there is no ground wire. This seems very odd to me....they use the connection to the frame to be the ground. Sure, it should work....but i didn't like it. I ended up pulling the case off, and ended up finding where the ground point (to the motor case) was and just put a ring terminal on the OEM wiring for the trailer and just connected it, i did the same with the power wire (to the fuse/isolator block at the base). Also as others mentioned, this it a little slower than the lippert. I think that the manufacturer thought of that, because the jack extension piece is REALLY LONG. I actually found that i like it this way. You pull the pin on the extension, let it drop down, set the pin and a few seconds later you're already lifting the trailer. So ultimately its faster, but if you have bad knees/back i'd think you'd rather not have to bend down....YMMV I've only used it for one trip, so cant comment on longevity, but if it has a quick death, i'll update the review.

Operates good, however it's a tad bit slow and I'm not sure if the weight class or the motor. It fits perfectly it's easy to install. I'm a little concerned about the longevity but we shall see.

I installed this jack by the book – carefully followed the instructions, took my time routing the wiring, insulated everything properly, and double-checked all my connections. For a few weeks it worked fine… and then it completely died. I still have power to the unit – the LED light comes on, so I know it’s not a wiring or power issue – but the motor does absolutely nothing. No sound, no movement, no attempt to lift or lower the trailer. It’s just a dead lump of metal bolted to the front of my rig. Now I get the pleasure of figuring out how to remove this useless thing while my trailer is effectively stuck, and then buying a different brand to replace it. For something this critical, failing after only a few weeks is unacceptable. This jack is a complete piece of garbage and I wouldn’t trust it on any trailer. Save yourself the headache and buy something else.
