Colostrum, the first milk after birth, is a controversial ingredient known to have amazing health benefits, especially for the immune system. This ingredient is formed by the building blocks of life itself, containing antimicrobial, antioxidant, and immune boosting qualities; it is no wonder it is vital for the survival of newborns. While it may seem like a horrible product to sell, cows produce colostrum in excess, so much so that newborns simply cannot take in that much colostrum, leading to a source of nutrients that would otherwise go to waste. When I saw this colostrum supplement pop up on my feed, I knew I had to give it a try! The powder is very easy to dissolve in everything I've tried it in, and it doesn't leave any aftertaste. It doesn't require a large amount daily, so this product should last quite a while. It is hard to say how effective it is, but given the immune system has such an important job in our lives, I would say it is worth incorporating in your routine. As always, though, discuss with your doctor first before ordering.

4 1/2 stars. No side effects. My only nitpicking is this: why not provide a spoon that accurately measures the recommended daily dose? Instead, the company provides a small spoon with instructions to use half of that. I am now using a small measuring spoon for that but, why not do a good job to begin with? Provide the right size measuring spoon!

I ordered this liposomal bovine colostrum powder from Amazon Vine, and I was pretty curious to see if it would make any noticeable difference in my routine, especially given all the buzz around colostrum's benefits for the immune system and gut health. So, I really wanted to try, and I have been using it once a day, sometimes I mixed it with my morning smoothie and I can’t even taste it but when I make gumbo soup, taco soup, broccoli cheddar soup, or even potato soup then, I add it to my soups and it actually incorporates pretty well together that I can’t even notice later. As I started incorporating it into my daily routine, I didn't notice any dramatic changes right away, but over a couple of weeks, I felt like my digestion has been a bit more stable, which is something I've been struggling with for a while. Since this powder doesn’t have a strong taste, which is a relief, and it blended pretty well with my smoothies and my soups, therefore, my experience with this liposomal bovine colostrum powder has been great.

I had heard about this liposomal colostrum powder before and planned to try it. The color of the powder is a bit yellow, just like the milk powder I have drunk. And brewing is easy, just add water and mix thoroughly. If you don't like just adding it to water, you can also add it to smoothies or coffee. I always drink coffee with milk in the morning and adding this powder does not change the taste of the coffee. It's hard to say it made a noticeable difference right away, but for someone like me who always has bloating, I felt like it did a little bit for my immune gut health over the two weeks or so I drank it.

I have been using this as an additive to my breakfast smoothies/shakes for the last few weeks and have appreciated the fact that it is a fairly neutral flavor, so it mixes nicely into a variety of recipes. The powder dissolves well and quickly, so when I am just doing a quick mix with water in a rush, I just do a quick stir and can shoot it back without having a lot of powder left in the cup. The product was filled as described in the packaging. Well sealed and boxed so the container was protected in transit.

The powder dissolves well, and comes with an easy to measure scoop for serving. It was safety sealed and packaged well and fresh upon opening. I use it in smoothies, mainly and it doesn't add any flavor or taste that would detract from the smoothie. I really like the way it blends and the benefits it provides for my health.

This is good colostrum, with the liposomal treatment it's said to be an even bigger benefit. I've been taking colostrum for a few months now, this colostrum is easy to take, no sour taste but it is sort of mealy, which is how colostrum is supposed to taste, it's not the same as regular milk. I blend it well into a little water and slam it down, that's how I take it, like a man.
