Colostrum, the first milk after birth, is a controversial ingredient known to have amazing health benefits, especially for the immune system. This ingredient is formed by the building blocks of life itself, containing antimicrobial, antioxidant, and immune boosting qualities; it is no wonder it is vital for the survival of newborns. While it may seem like a horrible product to sell, cows produce colostrum in excess, so much so that newborns simply cannot take in that much colostrum, leading to a source of nutrients that would otherwise go to waste. When I saw this colostrum supplement pop up on my feed, I knew I had to give it a try! The powder is very easy to dissolve in everything I've tried it in, and it doesn't leave any aftertaste. It doesn't require a large amount daily, so this product should last quite a while. It is hard to say how effective it is, but given the immune system has such an important job in our lives, I would say it is worth incorporating in your routine. As always, though, discuss with your doctor first before ordering.

I had heard about this liposomal colostrum powder before and planned to try it. The color of the powder is a bit yellow, just like the milk powder I have drunk. And brewing is easy, just add water and mix thoroughly. If you don't like just adding it to water, you can also add it to smoothies or coffee. I always drink coffee with milk in the morning and adding this powder does not change the taste of the coffee. It's hard to say it made a noticeable difference right away, but for someone like me who always has bloating, I felt like it did a little bit for my immune gut health over the two weeks or so I drank it.

After listening to the benefits of Liposomal Bovine Colostrum, I decided to include this supplement in my daily morning smoothies. This is easy to consume and doesn't give any change of taste in smoothie hence I got used to it. Further comments are below: Things I like about this product: - These have multiple health benefits - Easy to use - Has a good amount of contents in each serving - When I compare to local supermarkets, these are very well priced Things that need improvement: - Nothing that I see currently Overall take: Considering the benefits, I would recommend this supplement.

I have been using this as an additive to my breakfast smoothies/shakes for the last few weeks and have appreciated the fact that it is a fairly neutral flavor, so it mixes nicely into a variety of recipes. The powder dissolves well and quickly, so when I am just doing a quick mix with water in a rush, I just do a quick stir and can shoot it back without having a lot of powder left in the cup. The product was filled as described in the packaging. Well sealed and boxed so the container was protected in transit.

This has a great flavor and smooth creamy texture that I found the better quality (in my opinion) colostrum powders have. I recommend putting it in your coffee or tea like a creamer as it does well at this and tastes great. I would recommend this.
