Introduction: I have owned many chargers over the years of being in RC. From the old timer based NiCd chargers to very expensive intelligent chargers. This was my first touch screen charger though and it has earned a place on my workbench. The price is a good value for the features that you get on this unit. Seller: I had an issue with the first one I purchased. I contacted the seller (AorikaBeauty) and they were quick to respond and VERY helpful. We traded several emails and they provided me excellent service. The seller did an exchange for me and it was a simple process. It's good to have a seller that is so responsive. Pros: First it allows you to use either AC or DC input for the charger. Operation with either source is the same as is the output wattage for charging. Once powered up you'll see a nice bright screen with all of the options presented. It's nice to be able to go directly to any of the features with out scrolling or pushing buttons multiple times - it's simple, direct access makes it quick and easy. Several battery chemistries are supported so no matter what you're charing, you're going to be covered. I use it primarily for LiPo, but the high voltage lipo, lead acid, nicd, etc are all supported. Each one has a dedicated button and specific settings for that program. It also will check the internal resistance (IR) of your LiPo batteries to help you keep an eye on their health and track that over time. Also, the charging screen has a nice graph and statistics to show you exactly what the charger is doing and the current state of charge. For more details (on multi cell Lithium packs) you can go to the monitor screen to see each individual cell's current voltage. One other feature I really like is that you can store 6 user settings. That way you can just select the one you want and not have to change any of the parameters - This is a feature I didn't think I'd use but I use it every time! Included in the box are 2 balancing boards, an AC cord, a dc power cord and multiple connectors for 4 different battery connectors. Cons: I would have liked to see a different "octopus" type cable for the various battery connectors. What is provided does work assuming you have Deans, XT60 but not EC3/EC5. Not a big deal but something to note. Not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of. The monitor screen requires you to have both the balance lead and the power lead connected to the charger for accurate readings. If you don't have the power lead connected, the voltages shown are inaccurate. Conclusion: If you're in the market for a compact charger that is easy to use I would recommend this one. I underestimated how much I'd like the direct access menu where everything is just one click away. No scrolling or pushing buttons 5 times to get to the settings. With features like the battery monitor and IR meter for your cells, it's a great value for the price.

This is a great battery charger and I think it’s extremely reasonably priced I’ve seen other battery chargers to do the same thing that are double the price but I don’t wanna name the names of those manufacturers because if you fly radio control planes you will know who I’m talking about Only problem my head with his charger was my fault, I didn’t read the programming directions fully to understand start to charge Only problem my head with his charger was my fault, I didn’t read the programming directions fully to understand start to charge lol It’s a smart charger and it will tell you the kind of battery that you’ve plugged in, it’s also it’s a balance charger it will charge one sell up to six so the only mistake I made is I set everything up and then you must hold the enter button for two seconds to commence the charge and I did not hold it for two seconds an hour later I went back in the batteries did not charge and I was frustrated, went in and watched a YouTube channel and then I saw my mistake now I’m extremely happy that’s what happens when You go to fast and don’t pay attention to the details you go to fast and don’t pay attention to the details lol Seriously, This is a dynamite charger for less than $100 with tax discuss everything you could want to charge every type of battery it also comes with the bullet connectors with adapters it will charge pretty much every battery, it also comes with bullet connectors with alligator clips so if you’re out in the field you can clip those battery connectors to your car battery and that runs the charger from your car battery, charger also has a set limit so it won’t kill your car battery and you can sit where the charger will shut off before your car battery takes the hit and then you can start the car the car this is a dynamite charger for less than $100 with tax this does everything you could want to charge every type of battery it also comes with the bullet connectors with adapters it will charge pretty much every battery, it also comes with bullet connectors with alligator clips so if you’re out in the field you can clip those battery connectors to your car battery and that runs the charger from your car battery, the charger also has a set limit so it won’t kill your car battery and you can sit where the charger will shut off before your car battery takes the hit and then you can’t start the car I did a lot of research on chargers and Minnie you have to buy the power adapter brick and this one just plug straight in the wall and another great thing it has an often on switch in the back, that’s something I really like. I ordered the HTRC C240 Dual Charger last year from AorikaBeauty and it has been working great for 11 months until suddenly it stopped working and would no longer turn on or power up. HTRC has a 1 year warranty on this item as stated in the owners manual. I reached out to the email and phone number in the owners manual with no response so I decided to message AorikaBeauty thru amazon and they were able to send me a replacement at no charge so they do stand behind their products I believe this is a good charger and a good company. I primarily use this charger for charging 4s packs for my Traxxas Maxx monster truck. It's nice having two charging bays. Hope this review helps potential new customers looking at this specific charger.

This charge has the same interface I have been used to on other chargers, so it was easy just to jump right in and use it. It easily chargers two batteries. I charge at 1c 3 cell max, so this is plenty of power for my needs. My only complaint is that you need an adapter for the balance plugs. I have seen other manufacturers figure out how not to do this, and it's kind of annoying to have those extra plates sticking off the side. Other than that, it's a great charger.

I have just started in the RC car game and wanted a good charger for my batteries as me and my son are enjoying racing and jumping our cars. I wanted one that could do at least 2 and a time. So far it has been great. The only issue I have is the balance board I do think it seems pretty cheaply made. The cover on the connectors try to pull up when you remove the cable. I may try and glue it down sometime. It has been 3 months with a charge or 3 a week. I do like that it will charge other batteries also and various sizes and types. And you can charge 2 different batteries at the same time.
